The college is good but you don't enjoy college life.

Placements: This year, around 60% to 65% of students got placed in companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant. The highest salary package offered is 45 LPA by Flipkart. The lowest salary package offered is 4.2 LPA. Internship opportunities are low in this college, we have to apply off-campus to get internships.

St. Thomas College: satisfactory faculty, great placements in 2015, really good infrastructure.

Placements: About 60% of the students were placed for the last session. LTI Mindtree rounds are ongoing, with Cognizant starting in the middle of October. The highest package has been 7.63 LPA at NRI Fintech, while the average dims below 5 LPA. Top recruiters like LTI Mindtree and Cognizant are yet to complete their rounds. The top roles offered are junior software developers and data analysts, with a meager 7% of students currently eligible for internships.

Decent placement opportunities with school like atmosphere.

Placements: Placement is decent, although mostly in IT and almost none in core sectors. Some mass recruiters, such as LTI Mindtree, Infosys, and Cognizant, hire a lot of students from on-campus, as well as some mid-level startups, such as P360 and Nrift. The average package is 4 LPA and the highest is around 9 LPA. Although in 2024, in our batch, there was a huge increase in placement numbers, only a handful of people got placed in the startups, and the mass recruiters didn't visit.

Honest review of my college.

Placements: Placement is still ongoing. It is expected that 60% of the students will be placed. The placement here is average. The highest package is 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies offering higher packages for lower students are P360 and Nomura Fintech. An internship depends on placements here and not from outside.

The main part is the location access, else everything is still so average.

Placements: The placement scenario is not so good this year only, else we had the idea of having full placement record, most of the times we had disappointing placement scenario, mass recruiters are not yet approaching, hope this situation improves as well by time.

The highest package offered is around 10LPA and the lowest is of 3.8 LPA and average is 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Mindtree, Cognizant. I don't know about internships. Top roles offered are SDE.

College is good for studying but it is like a school where you have to care about attendance.

Placements: Due to recession the on campus drive has been slow and most of us are not employed yet. The oncampus drive before recession was good and many people used to get job. This year college is adding more seats and more people are going to join but I do not know how many placements will they get. The main recruiters are mindtree, cognizant and Infosys.

Overall, it is an average college.

Placements: Top recruiters are TCS and Infosys. The average package offered is 4 LPA. Well-reputed companies come here and recruit a few students according to their criteria. There's no scope for internships.

Students can have a better college life in another college.

Placements: Many students got placed, but everything was biased. Infosys and CTS visit our campus every year to hire students, and there were no more recruitment companies. The average salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. The top role was the project engineer. In our college, no student got any internship in some renowned company. Some of them went abroad using their money power, and all electronics students go to IT companies of course.

The college is heavily disciplined.

Placements: Yet almost 70% of students are placed. Companies like Infosys, Cognizant, ITC Infotech., visited our college for placements. The college registers the name of those candidates who are not placed to NextGen. Few are placed. Alumnus Software Ltd hired 2-3 candidates. But mostly information technology, computer science students, and also electronic communications students are placed. Electrical students are less placed compared to CSE, IT, and ECE branches.
