St. Xavier's College - The Multitudes of Life.

Placements: Around 30% of my batch was placed via the placement cell from my course, mainly because the roles offered were of an analytical background, and our course was of a different stream altogether. Still, the smart students got the offers. The highest package, as far as I remember, was 11 LPA from a reputed company (Bain & Co.). The best part is that once you register for placement via the placement cell, you have access until you're placed somewhere, which provides us with a free flow of openings in...

The internship scenario was not that good, companies used to come but not all the students got the jobs.

St. Xavier's is quiet strict compared to other colleges, but I guess it's necessary to maintain discipline and the brand. I have mixed reviews for this college. The fee structure is quite good. The placements are also good but not as good as other colleges in Delhi and Mumbai. Faculty in Xavier's is really great. Overall. it's 7 out of 10 for me.

The college ambience is too good. The college library is having a lot of space and filled with no. of books of different categories. The faculty members are too experienced and have a lot of knowledge in their respective subjects. The canteen of the college is neat and are having hygienic food with a reasonable prices of their food products.

However, something about which students often crib is that the campus is small as compared to other b-schools. There is also no available ground for outdoor activities such as cricket and football, forcing students to be content with indulging in indoor sports. The college has comfortable classrooms. The professors at this b-school are strict when it comes to academics and students are permitted late admission up to five minutes post the commencement of the class. The college canteen offers a wi...

It is a compact knowledge hub and is located at the heart of the city. The college carries a good reputation when it's about campus life and facilities. The infrastructure is comparatively small, but more than enough for a student to grow and nurture in knowledge as well as personality development. The staff is average and the institution supports and encourages a lot of co-curricular activities which is very much required for a student to stand and survive in the upcoming competition of the out...

It is one of the top colleges for B.Com honors. Classes are interactive in nature and formal presentations are shared in the class. Weekly seminars are conducted for the students. Equal weightage is given to both external and internal exams. There is also a placement cell in the campus that is responsible for placements of the students. The fees for the college is reasonable and affordable.
