Placements: No placement opportunities offered during 2016-2019. However, some companies had visited the college for placements. Our department had not applied for any of the placement drives. The placement rate of our department is 0%. There is no proper placement cell. Placements in our college are not that good. Even the salary packages offered are very low.
Placements: Good faculty support for various placements. My Department there were few companies but all in all placement drives are arranged for all students to participate. Good academic record of the students from the college and alumni support for placement of students.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good. You will be offered a good opportunity according to your marks and qualifications. Companies like Tata and Indigo Airlines visit the college and hire students. Our teachers also help good students during the placement process.
Placements: Tata and many more companies visit the campus to recruit students. Equal opportunities are given to all the students. Approximately 200-300 students get placed in several companies every year. We have a placement cell in our college. Good and efficient students get placed.
Placements: Placements at this college are good. Many companies like Tata, Indigo Airlines, etc., visit our college for selecting candidates. Not only brilliant students are selected but also some average students who are active in extracurricular activities are selected.
Placements: Many companies come for placement. Many students from different department are selected. Companies like Wipro and british Telecom had come. Students were selected from various departments. They are working in good companies and they have a good salary package.
Placements: On-campus placements were provided here but not at a good ratio. Even it was not available for all departments. Only the commerce department both vocational and non-vocational got the opportunity of campus placements generally. However, as many other vocational courses were introduced, I believe the rate of placements will also increase in the coming days. Being from the commerce department I saw that the companies visiting the campus for placements were generally for the BPOs or ground staffs f...
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Students who applied for MNCs were mostly placed. Many students were placed in TISCO as well. Placements are provided according to the student's choice. Detailed information about placements is provided to students, and they apply as per their choice.
Placements: Placements in St Xavier's are not as good as St Xavier's Kolkata. However, many top companies and MNCs visited the campus for placements. Companies like TISCO visited our college and most of the students who applied for it got placed. MNCs like Genpact, Infosys, and schools provided placement opportunities to the students.
Placements: Some major IT companies visit the campus for placements. The process of placements is a direct interview. But, the fact is that placements are useless. Around 8-10 students enjoyed placements with an average salary of Rs.12,000 per month. Companies like Tata, Mahindra, Cisco and some marketing companies visited the campus for placements. There are no internships from college. There is a placement cell in the college, and it is useful.
Placements: Placements in college are good. As it is a private institute, it makes a lot of efforts for vocational courses so that students get placed in named and good companies. Companies like Wipro, TCS, and SAP Solutions take part in the placement drives, and students are allowed to attend drives of multiple companies as well.
Placements: Overall placements in the college are okay. Companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Medanta Electrostel, Godrej, Indigo Airlines, and Concentrix visited the campus for hiring students from the B.Com department. Salary packages offered by these companies were from 1-4 LPA. I think this college is quite worth for an undergraduate degree.
Placements: There were no direct placements offered to students. However, one can apply for higher degrees. After masters, one can qualify JRF and get placed as an assistant professor. The scope for placements of English students is very high. The faculty members are very supportive, and the students are endowed with various mesmerising skills.
Placements: Placements in the college are average but better than other colleges in our state. Our average salary package was quite low and not that good. Placements also represent the students' performance, and it is good. Our college is trying their best to provide more placement opportunities for us. Mainly, students get a job after the completion of their graduation.
Placements: Placements in our college were average as it is a non-technical college. But, many students got placed in different companies this year compared to last year. The average package offered is 2.8 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.8 LPA. IT companies like TCS, Wipro, SAP Lab and Concentrix visit the college every year. Some banks like South Indian Bank and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance also visit the college. Godrej, Gandhi Fellowship and some similar small companies also visited the college this ...
Placements: Placements in our college are good. As per my knowledge, companies like TCS, Vedanta, SAP, IBM, Concentrix, ICICI Prudential, Godrej, Wipro, etc., visit the college every year. About 200 students were placed in different companies last year. Students of science and commerce backgrounds are hired by companies. But, the college and its placement cell are failed to provide at least 60% placements to all its students. The package offered to the students lies somewhere between 2.5 to 5 LPA. As far as...
Placements: The placements in the college are mainly for M.Com students. Undergraduate students are not placed in the college placements. Otherwise, the college has a very good reputation. They provide placements in graduation level to some of the students. Student of masters and M.Com got their placements after their graduation.
Placements: The placement programme in Xavier's College is very unique, and the college provides 100% placement. Xavier's is a brand, and the name attracts many companies like Infosys, TCS, Indigo and other reputed companies. The college provides internships, and the stipend offered is reasonable. There is a separate placement cell, and it guides and controls placement programme very efficiently.
Placements: Placements in our college were good, and almost every student got placed. The highest salary offered to a student was Rs. 40,000 per month. Students were groomed and nurtured based on the things in which they have a strong interest. About 60-70% of the students got an internship from college. The highest stipend offered to a student during an internship was above Rs. 20,000 per month. There was a placement cell. It is useful to the extent that every student gets placed.
