Placements: Students are not much aware of the companies visiting the campus. A notice is hung on the board where hardly one notices. The placement cell needs to improve and be active. At the same time, it should be effective and efficient for students. Only then, it can provide good placements.
Placements: No placement or internship is offered to students who are pursuing B.Sc. In Geology. There is placement cell in our college but that works only for vocational departments. I personally think that it should work for other departments also and college needs to focus in this area.
Placements: Some of the courses have placements. the vocational courses like B.Com have placements. Students explore themselves totally. Around 85% of the students got internships. By the end, everyone gets to achieve their goal.
Placements: There are placement opportunities for students. Many reputed companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Bajaj Finserv etc., (vary from year to year) visit the campus for placements. The placement drives are open for all the students. The placement rate is average.
Placements: Placements and job opportunities are not that good for our department. After completing your graduation, you won't get a very good job. Companies visit the campus for placements, but the salary package offered is not that good. You can expect a decent salary package. Very few placements are provided as most of them prefer pursuing a masters degree. They don't provide internships for our department.
Placements: The college doesn't provide placement for this department. Only the vocational courses are provided placements. There must be a common placement committee for the college which must invite the companies every year to hire students. This will allow every willing student to attend for the placement drives.
Placements: The college doesn't provide any placements as such for B.A. English graduates. But, the college and our faculty members helped us to overcome various obstacles in our lives, which helped us all to leave back our fears and apply for jobs in the companies of our interest.
Placements: Some of my friends are doing masters in very good colleges, and some of them are also doing internships in good companies. Some of my friends got placed in the IT sector, finance, sales and human resource domains. Some of them are also appointed as manager.
Placements: The percentage of placements and internships is very low. There are no placements for B.Com students or any other graduation departments. Internship programs are arranged and provided only to BBA students. So, the placement rate of this college is very low.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. I don't know about the percentage of students placed. Bachelors and masters students have to study further for arts stream. I don't know about the salary packages offered. Some schools and other companies offered placements. The stipend offered ranged between Rs. 3,000-4,000. There is a placement cell. It is not suitable for bachelor students.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. Good companies visited the campus to provide opportunities to those students who are not opting for further studies because no other college provides many opportunities for the students to get better options for their life. Godrej and many other companies visit the campus, and many of the students got selected.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. Only some students get placed. Some companies like Tata, TISCO, Paytm, visit here for placements, but they all offer roles of BPO. Teachers help students for placements and guide them to the right, and usually, students try for off-campus placements. Students of technical branch enjoy major placements.
Placements: Our college offers great placement opportunities for students, and it invites companies which provides great employment facilities and services. Our college provides support students in every difficulty. Students are trained and taught by the college faculty members for better performance in the interview.
Placements: Well, B.A. English is a non technical course. So there are no placements. However in other courses they do place the students, though I do not have much information about them. Most of the students from my department go for higher studies like M.A. in English literature. Some students often aspire to clear NET to become a lecturer. Furthermore general options are available for all. Many are also preparing for Banking, ssc and UPSC.
Placements: In our college, campus placements are quite satisfactory, but the packages offered by other students are not even satisfactory. The companies that offer a salary package of 2 LPA visit the campus for placements. The college is good in most of the other aspects. Almost all the companies visit the campus for placements, and only a few students get placed from the college.
Placements: In this competitive era, it's difficult to get placed with a bachelor's degree. Although, the placements in our college are not that satisfying. If a student really needs a job, then it is advisable to go for placements. As the college only provides a pathway and guidelines, and it ultimately depends on the hard work of students to get placed.
Placements: Placements in our college were not that good. Very few students got placed, and many students did not even attend the placement drives as the highest salary package offered was around 3-3.50 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.50-2 LPA. Companies like Godrej and TCS visited the campus to conduct placement drives for B.Com students. Xavier's has a placement cell, but it's not that helpful.
Placements: There were many placement opportunities provided by the college, especially for the commerce section. Almost all the placement opportunities are in the IT sector. Companies that visited the college for placements were mostly looking for IT and programming students. A few COS firms visited for placements while I was pursuing my graduation in B.Com. Due to lack of proper awareness, we missed a chance in it. There was no intimation from the college as such regarding the arrival of companies for pla...
Placements: Placements are quite average after completing the course in this college. About 50% of students got placed last year. The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA, the average salary package offered was 2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.20 LPA. Insurance companies, mutual fund companies, private banks, and stock and security companies are the ones mostly visiting the college to provide placements for the students of our course. The roles or job profiles offered are related to s...
Placements: The college offers some placements, but most of the students ignore it. They prefer for further studies. Since I am in the second year, I don't know much about placements. However, there are some companies which offer jobs but not with high salary packages.
