SBIHM Jatragachi campus is a very good college for me. I think it will also be good for you.
Placements: Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management is one of the best management colleges in Kolkata. In the previous year, about 69% of students from our college got placed. Our course in tourism management offers a salary of Rs. 18,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month. This is the basic salary. JW Marriott, Taj Bengal, and ITC hotels come for our placements. In the previous year, about 89% of students got internships. We can go abroad after getting the job. Incentives are also with the job, depending on whether you are working hard or not.
Infrastructure: From the library, we can get every type of book we want. Hostel facilities are provided at Rs. 7000 per month.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and well-deserved for teaching. The college arranges industrial training for six months in the fourth semester, which is very helpful. If you study properly, then semester exams are not going to be hard for you. Every student gets passed every year.

The infrastructure may not be good, but placement wise, it is okay.
Placements: The college is good, regarding placement, it has properties across India that are mostly five-star. Good positions are offered in the campus interviews. Proper exposure is given in to the practical world with good resources. There is a guarantee of 100 percent placement. They also offer several courses from abroad.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is proper. The practical labs give a perfect exposure towards the real industry. During industrial training, a student gets the exact exposure of the work life, but it is just that there are a lot of hidden costs in the course. They have an excursion every year. For the first years, it is usually Goa, and there are also hotel visits and show around. The director is very polite and friendly.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful and friendly. They are very educated, and the teaching is proper. The notes given in class are sufficient for the exams, but the exam timings and location is not always proper. They offer all types of hotel management courses, and also there are projects.
Other: The certificate they provide may not be proper. The UGC authorisation is not proper. Verify before joining. Food fests also happen.

Moderate college with high feels.
Placements: Placements are provided all over India and Kolkata. International placements are also available but only 1% students get through the interview. ITC, JW, Lalit and Oberoi Hotels are mostly preferred by students among all the companies. 100% students are given internship.
Infrastructure: College looks more like a flat from outside but classrooms are well maintained. Practical labs are well-equipped. Canteen is not available. Any other sports related facilities are not available. No medical facilities available. Hostels are also not available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and guidance is top notch. The courses are industry relevant and also provide hand on practical experience. Easy exams with practical test which focus more on hands on learning. The teachers are all experienced in the industry with high qualification.
Other: Events and fests are well organised outside of campus. First year students are taken to excursion to Goa and in second year they are taken to a Thailand trip .

Other: The worst college one can ever be with. The faculty members are average, but the management is pathetic. I had to pay for my semester fee two times because they did not keep any record of it. I do not know if they are running an institute or a fraud. My family was traumatized because of them. It is a total waste.

Placements: 2022 B.Sc. Media Eligibility of the Course: 10+2 pass with any stream, aggregate 50% marks. The highest package in B.Sc. Media is 4 LPA to 8 LPA.
2022: Top recruiting companies are Zee Bangla, Kolkata News, and Aaj Tak.
In 2022, students got 99% placements from courses like Wipro, Aaj Tak, Taj, etc.
Courses offered: Fashion Design, Media, Hotel Management, Hospital Management, BBA, BCA, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good in this institute; they provide Wi-Fi, computer lab, canteen, library, an inquiry department, a decision-making class room, and hostel facilities. There are many sports like cricket, football, etc. There are medical departments available to help the students, and the food quality is good; they provide food like house.

Placements: Just Perfect for HM. Placement is best for Indian 5 star properties with proper knowledge & training. Different International Hotel chains are coming for campus placement. Students are also working in Dubai, USA, UK, Singapore, Mauritius, Thailand.
Infrastructure: State of the art infrastructure. The food Production lab is fully equipped with imported equipment. Advanced Training Kitchen, Bakery lab, Front office lab also provided. There is well-equipped training restaurant capacity of 60 seater. The canteen facilities are awesome.
Faculty: Highly qualified faculty members in each discipline. They are always ready to help the students whenever needed. Faculty members are very interactive and they have vast industry exposure. Both theoretical & practical classes are conducted for each subject. One semester is allocated for industrial training and students can do their industrial training in any property situated in our country or abroad.

The MBA/PGDM the best choice at Shubash Bose Institute of Hotel Management because the there fees is not too much the fees is 198000. This college is the best college in the kolkata for the complete management . In the previous year about 69% students get the placement from this college.
