The college of joy and fun.

Faculty: The syllabus of a semester completion takes 6 months, but due to talented and good faculty members, it is possible in 4 to 5 months. Semester examinations are quite difficult as the NBU sets tough question sets. You have to study hard and believe in yourself.

NBU Review by a Student

Faculty: There are lots of quizzes, competitions, Olympiads, and class tests for student improvement. Extra-curricular activities are also included. We celebrate fresher’s, farewell, Rabindranath Tagore's birthday, Swami Vivekananda's birthday, and college foundation day.

Suryasen College Siliguri is an average college.

Faculty: Exams are moderate, but the timings are a little different from others. It does not have any night shift. As it is a government college, we will get to see all kinds of people there. However, faculty is average. Fee is minimal. They take an exam fee for every exam.

Surya Sen College is an undergraduate government-aided degree college established in 1998.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful if you ask them for their knowledge about semester exams in this college. If you don't miss the classes and join the lectures and tests regularly, I don't think exams will be hard for all of the students. The passing percentage of this college is pretty good at 93.

Absolutely satisfied because of affordable fees and facilities.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful and they are qualified and knowledgeable. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant, and yes, it makes the students industry-ready. Yes, it is difficult because the teachers are strict and the question papers are a little bit hard. Above 40% is the pass percentage.

Suryasen college is good in Siliguri.

Faculty: As aur college does not provide any placement so you have to go for other exam preparations. You don't have to worry about the attendance. Semester examination is easy as you already get suggestions from the teachers you don' t have to worry.

Best college life with students from different cultures.

Faculty: Exam is divided in 6 semester according to CBCS pattern and the faculty members and are best in their subjects they motivate us help us in our studies and they are also having knowledge of different languages. Curriculum is best of our college which is provided by NBU (North Bengal University).

I am not satisfied with this college.

Faculty: Our faculty members are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our college gives a decent amount of knowledge and study. Semester exams are difficult to pass, because students have to write many lines for every answer. The pass percentage is less, and to score a good percentage is not possible in this college.

The college is good but needs to improve its room cleaning system and teachers' syllabus update.

Faculty: Except for some teachers, the rest are helpful and knowledgeable and the teaching quality is also good but boring. No college can make a person industrial ready is a perfect line for our college. Passing percentage is unaware but difficult os hard as even small mistake cuts marks.

The college is moderate but if you have more money, you can go for private colleges.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable but they teach out of syllabus. The curriculum is not relevant. Semester examinations are moderate.

The fee structure is low because it is a government college but if improved it will be the best.

Faculty: Teachers are quantified and knowledgeable. Their teachings quality is good but they taught students with the syllabus. It does not make students industrial-ready but provides them with the basic knowledge of the syllabus. Exams are hard to get a pass.

The college infrastructure is good and well-maintained, but the office staff are lazy and annoying.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable, but the teaching quality is not much good. The course doesn't make us industry-ready but provides us with knowledge. Exams are pretty hard, but the passing percentage is 42%.
