For admission to MBA at Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Admission to MBA at Suryadatta College is entrance-based. Students need to qualify for either CAT/CMAT/MAH MBA CET exams with a valid score, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. The final seat allotment is done through the MAH CET CAP Counselling process.

Suryadatta Institute of Management & Mass Communication offers a two-year PGDM course, which is a full-time course approved by AICTE. This course is offered across a total of two specialisations. These are Marketing and Finance. At SIMMC, Marketing specialisation is offered with open electives in Finance, while Finance specialisation is offered with open electives in Marketing. Aspirants can get admission to the specialisation of their choice by qualifying entrance exams such as CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ GMAT with a valid a valid score, followed by GD/PI round. 

In order to get admission to MBA course at Suryadatta College, students need to fuflil the minimum eligibility criteria i.e., to pass graduation with 50% aggregate in the respective subjects (45% aggregate for reserved category). Admission to MBA at Suryadatta College is entrance-based. Step 1: Visit the official website of SIMMC, Pune.

Step 2: Click on "Apply Online" and fill the required details.

Step 3: After submission, follow the instructions ent on the registered number or email address.

Step 4: After form filling, candidates may have to take a printout of the application form.

Step 5: Transfer the application fee online to the institute’s bank account and submit the form 

NOTE: Candidates must email the UTR number or scanned copy of the deposit slip to the institute’s admission email id along with name and programme details.

Offline mode:

Step 1: Download the admission form and fill in the details carefully.

Step 2: Send a demand draft, drawn in favour of “Suryadatta Education Foundation” payable at Pune, along with the duly filled form and the relevant documents at the following address:

Note: Candidates can also submit the application form in person. For this, they need to get the application form from the campus by paying the application fee in cash /credit card /debit card or DD.

Suryadatta College offers MBA and PGDM courses which are approved by the Ministry of Government and AICTE. The institute offers MBA course across the top five major and nine minor specialisations in the field of Management. As per the NIRF report 2023, a total of 157 students of PG (2-year) programme were placed. Further, the median package offered was INR 5.96 LPA. To be eligible for an MBA program at SIMMC, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university/college with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
Final year students can also apply.
Have a valid entrance test score such as MH-CET / CMAT / CAT.
Applicants must appear for GD / PI

The final placement report 2023 is yet to be released. Once it is out, the total number of MBA students placed in 2023 placement will be updated here. However, as the NIRF report 2023, a total of 157 PG 2-years (MBA and MCA) students were placed during Suryadatta College placements 2022. Earlier, in 2021, 151 MBA and MCA students were placed. SIMMC (Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication), Pune offers admissions to MBA on the basis of different criterion. One of the criteria mentioned for admissions is the cut off marks of exams such as MH- CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test)/ CAT/ CMAT/ XAT. All of these are national level entrance test exams for admissions to different courses (specially management courses).
