Placements: For Mechanical, placements are nil and if there are, then the package is 1.5LPA. I didn't see any top company doing recruitment in our college, especially for Mechanical. The role offered is Trainee. All students got internships but most of them got online internships by paying. Even college referred some internships by paying to the companies.
Placements: Placements in this corona times had improved a lot, many companies are visiting and taking campus interviews, and many companies are also taking internships to give many opportunities to students. There will be a special place for the seminars and a placement cell is also provided.
Placements: No core companies visit our college. The total number of students who got placed is too less, only 10%. The average package offered is around 3 LPA, which is low. There is no top recruiting company.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in B.E CSE is 100%, but without the efforts of the college, students went for off-campus placements, prepared themselves for the exams and interviews, and got their jobs. I would say placements are very poor in this college. The highest offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA which is very less for a bachelor's degree holder. Top recruiters were sales companies like Byju's and some training institutes like J Spider, ABC, Q Spider etc. Students...
Placements: Placements in our college are average, not that good. Placements for our batch and the senior batch were not good. The percentage of students placed is zero. As there were placements, I can't mention salary status. None of the companies visited the campus for placements. No roles were offered to the students. Students got internships.
Placements: Placements in the college are not up to the mark. All consultancies visit our college for placements. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. Europhins and some other companies visited our college for placements. Students are offered marketing roles. We attended more pool placement drives than on-campus placement drives. Dream companies didn't visit our college for placements.
Placements: If talking about placements at college, it is the worst part about the college. Every engineer dreams of getting into a tier or core company or the IT sector, but no core or IT companies come to the college for placements. The placement co-ordinator gets the students placed in BPOs and voice-based jobs. Students also get placed in Amazon for voice-based jobs, and I think it is a good company, but there is no future in doing a voice-based job there.
Placements: Placements takes place but there are only few who gets selected it's because of students capabilities and you can only get placed in some random IT or BPO industries. Other branches like Mechanical or Civil, forget that core companies will come in this college. If you wish to take CSE, ISE and Electronics branch then you can get placed from this college.
Placements: The placements offered are not bad. The better knowledge we have, the better we get placed. Many core companies visit our college as it acts as a pool campus. The students are also trained in their final year properly which helps them in attending the placements most appropriately.
Placements: Just 4 of my seniors were selected out of 120 students, and a company visited the college for the placement during the academic year. About 1 to 3 companies visit every year for the placement, and just 4 to 6 students are selected per company out of 118 students. The salary package offered is 2.7 LPA. There is a placement cell but less useful. No useful skills required to pass the interview are taught. They call someone to talk some inspiring things and ask us to pay more money to hire an expert...
Placements: Very poor. Not great if you want to build your career. The placement office and the placements officer are not good. The placement officer just works for money rather than for job satisfaction. I would have liked to see more genuine companies visiting the college rather than nonsense companies.
Placements: The placement of the 2015 batch was around 40-50%. Of these, most who got placed were from ISE, CSE, EC, EEE branch. The highest salary offered was 4 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average salary was around 2.2 LPA. The students were mostly offered tech support jobs, and there were no internships provided from the college.
This college is very strict take it in any sense either studies, discipline or studies but not in placements. They teach all 8 chapters as per VTU syllabus for better knowledge and understanding of students but it backfires since in exams only 5 chapters we students are supposed to write. All students struggle to learn 5 chapters and on top of it they teach 8. And after completing 5 chapters’ teachers finish rest 3 chapters in hurry burry manner due to the stringent rules of SVCE. The principal ...
College is average. I joined the college because it had good lab facility which is essential for an engineer, I thought. And also I stayed nearby to college so I preferred the same. Now I have heard that college rules have changed a lot. When I was studying it was like jail. Now it seems to be like any other college. Some lecturers were really good and some didn't know much at all.
The College is good for the students who want to spend most of the time learning and studying as this is the major field of focus here. Of course yeah, we do have an annual Sports meet and Annual Day, but still it excels in the academics only. Professors are helpful and will guide you through the times you need help. College has been renovated recently and the new modern looks over shadows the best of the class colleges in the infrastructure and furniture. All the major functional blocks are cen...
This college is average in academics, strict in discipline and very greedy in terms of money. They use to fine for each and every thing for example if your attendance is below 85%,you can be fined even for that, if you play Holi outside the college campus during the festival, the principle can fine you. Now coming to the academics part some faculty members are very lazy but most of them are active and only few faculty members have good knowledge. Now coming to extracurricular activities, you wo...
It is an average college. The faculties are fine. The infrastructure is not great. There is nothing at all in the college for sports lover. For showing sake there is one small ground. But I must say labs are too good. The college lays stress on mechanical labs more than the other stream labs. Moreover, college is in the outskirts so one who doesn't want to stay in hostel then this college is a wrong choice. Coming to the placements which is the most important criteria to rate a college, they are...
Placements: Placements are really good especially for computer Science and engineering department students and packages offered are also superb. Up to Rs.11 LPA were offered for Computer Science and engineering department but not for Electrical and Communication Engineering department.
Placements: Around 20% of students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was around 8 LPA, in the CS department. Best courses in this stream are EC, CS, IS, and IT. Whereas civil and mechanical departments are average. Around 40 companies visited the campus for recruitment.
