Good for learning. Bad for placements as a marketing student.
Placements: This college is known for its placements. However, finance placements are way better than the marketing ones. Companies that come for placement include ICICI, City Bank, Morgan Stanley, Media. Net, etc. It provides 100% placement support, but not 100% placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities include central AC, clean washrooms, smart boards and high tech computers. Canteen food tastes great, cheap and affordable. The infrastructure is shared with Mithibai college, but has its own floor and staffroom. Hostels facility is not provided.
Faculty: BMS faculty is really great. Course is also very practical and relevant. Pass percentages varies from 89% For Gujarati minority, and above 92% for the others. Teachers are well qualified and well dressed. They provide personal assistance and makes the students industry ready.
Other: Fests are not great.

UPG has everything that a student wishes to have in their graduation college.
Placements: Placement of UPG is shared with Mithibai and NM college. Companies coming to campus are all top companies and many of them are listed companies. Pay scale ranges from 2.5 Lacs to 6.5 Lacs. Companies like citi bank, kpmg, Edelweiss etc. Come to campus. Majority of the students are placed through the campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of UPG is upto the present expectations of the students. It has free access to Wi-Fi, library, music recording room etc. Quality of labs is amazing, all the machines are working properly and each student gets a computer to work upon. Canteen is just like any other restaurant, you name the dish and you get it with atmost quality. In terms of infrastructure, no mumbaikar can expect more than this.
Faculty: Since the college has limited courses so the professor are able to give personal attention to each and every student. Professor are multi talented. Course curriculum covers everything from a management perspective and it is a course that a student should consider if they wish to pursue MBA further.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and the exposure received.
Placements: Companies that visited college were mostly IT firms. For management and media courses the placement opportunities were comparatively less. The average stipend was close to around 3-4 Lacs per annum. The IT companies were well known firms such as Capgemini, TCS etc.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms were well-equipped with the required technology. The campus had the best canteen in town with a variety of food options available. There is no hostel facility of the college but there are a number of PG options available around the campus.
Faculty: The teachers were well qualified. They were helpful through out the course. Not only academic help, but faculty also supported in various curricular activities. Industry exposure was given for various subjects such as rural marketing. There were 60 students per class. Presentation and cases were used to teach.
Other: College festival - aahan (professional and cultural fest)
Committee - NSS, Rotaract clup of upg, mentorship, cultural committee, sports committee, women development cell etc.

One of the best colleges for management studies with a great infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: The college offers good placements with companies like Morgan Stanely, HDFC, Axis, Capgemini, L&T and many more. The college also conducts various soft-skills sessions to make sure the students develop communication and various other managerial skills which are essential for working in the organisations.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure compared to various other colleges in the suburban areas. The college library is well-equipped with all the reading materials like textbooks, magazines and other reference books written by renowned authors. IT labs are well-equipped with computers of the latest technology and classrooms are structured with proper seating. Projectors are available in all the classrooms and the IT lab.
Faculty: The college has the best faculty members on campus. Faculty members are well versed with current market trends. The college also arranges for experienced visiting faculty members for various subjects. The course curriculum is at par with the course curriculum suggested by MU. Courses are completed well on time so that students get adequate time for preparing for the exams.
Other: The college should have a gymkhana with carrom, chess and TT for students to get refreshed, and should also encourage student for various sports.

I would Highly recommend this college as this college is worth the money.
Placements: Various Companies do come during the last year of the college. Jobs are offered on Students ability and Its caliber basis. College faculty do help in training students for the placements. Average package are around 2-4 Lacs approximately. Various marketing and finance companies do visit the campus of this last year companies which visited were Barclays Bank, Delloite, Endurance International, etc.
Infrastructure: UPG college is a three floor buliding. Where in this college it does have a library, canteen. Infrastructure wise the college is average but yes it is always said that small things gives happiness and UPG is one of them. We do also have Wi-Fi facility around the foyer and the non teaching staff is also friendly.
Faculty: There are Three Bachelor's programme offered in our college which are BMS, B.M.M. BScIT and two Masters progerm one in Media and outer one in M.Com. All the courses are taught by qualified teachers and all the teachers are friendly. Curriculum is Excellent and well taught.
Other: There are various events, festivals, seminars held around the college. This include their Festival Aahan. There are also other various committees in the college which are National Service Scheme, Mentorship programme, Entrepreneurship-Cell, Rotaract Club, Women Development Cell, etc.

The people are in great stands by the UPG college.
Placements: We had placements from JP Morgan, AC Nielsen, Edelweiss. The highest salary offered was from AC Nielsen that was 6 lacs per annum. The lowest was offered by JP Morgan and Edelweiss that is 2.5 lacs per annum. From a batch of 100 students, 5 got placed in Edelweiss, and 2 got placed in AC Nielsen. The roles offered are not as per expectations, but whatever the students got, they have taken it. The average salary during placements were 3.5 lacs per annum. The job market was not doing great at that time, so it was difficult to get placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The facilities like projectors, A/Cs, library, classrooms with new benches were there. The faculty members are also very experienced. Some were visiting staff. There was computer lab also for IT students. The canteen facility was not available at that time, but now its there. The hostel rooms were not there, but SVKM had some provision of the hostel in nearby areas. Initially, in first 2 years, we faced infrastructure problem, but in the final year, it was very good. There were college fests conducted during graduation.
Faculty: The faculty was very knowledgeable as some were visiting faculty and some were permanent. Mithibai and NM professors used to come as visiting faculty. Industrial visits were also there during the final year. We were taken to Bangalore for industrial visit.
