Infrastructure: SCDL offers distance learning programs so there is no physical classroom. They offer online classes on your personal login id which are archived later on so you can use them at any time later on. SCDL also offers a grace period so, for instance, if your course if two years long, you'll get an additional two years to finish the course. Your personal login ID will is your access to everything at SCDL. You can talk (through email) to the lecturers and they are resolved within 1-2 working days. You ...
