Absolutely satisfied with the placements, internships, college life and the teachers.

Placements: Almost 99% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12LPA and the lowest salary offered is 3.75 LPA and the average package offered is 6 LPA. Top roles offered to students are in strategy, creative and communication. Citi Bank and RBI are the top recruiters. I personally got an internship from the United Nations. It’s mainly because the college groomed us to face any situation.

Good college with great campus life.

Placements: The placement of SSE isn't that good. Around 70% of students got on-campus placement. The highest package offer was around 11 LPA and the average is around 4 LPA which is very less in my opinion. Though we have placement cell but placement is not that good.

It's beautiful, but if you don't belong to Mumbai, you have to be careful as it's another place.

Placements: Many students from our course got placed for the positions of Research Associate at Ken Research Private Limited and as Research Analyst at KingFish. Almost everyone got placed at the end of the third year. The lowest salary I heard was Rs. 50,000 per month. The placements are nice.

It is a good college for education, and I suggest students explore economics as a subject.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is very active. Recruiters from different sectors like analytics, financial analysis, banking and finance and market research visit our college for placements. The average salary package offered is 4.96 LPA for the 2018-2019 batch. Some of the recruiters for that year were DE Shaw Associate, Deloitte India, TresVista, etc.

Our college provides experienced faculty members and great campus life.

Placements: Only a few companies come for placements. As it is a bachelors course, most of the students opted for further studies without appearing for placements. A few companies were invited for final placements to the college, and some students got placed with a decent salary package.

Never go to Symbiosis for Masters in Economics. Go for Bachelors in Economics.

Placements: Most of the students in my batch are getting themselves placed from outside sources like LinkedIn. The college has not made active efforts to get their students placed. Only one big company came that is Citi Bank and offered 12lakhs p. a. That's the highest package. The lowest has been lower than 3 Lacs p. a.

Placements: The average salary package is 6 to 7 Lacs and companies offered job roles in data analytics, sales, and marketing, HR, etc. Many internships are offered to all the students in various roles and it is compulsory for all students to do it. Placement cell is very active regarding it.

Our college has great faculty and amazing course structure which is relevant to current times.

Placements: Data analyst, economist, research and development roles are offered. This college is a good opportunity to do masters abroad with amazing semester exchange facilities. Students have to do an internship compulsory in good corporate companies in the second year.

Bad infrastructure, bad placement cell, good faculty and course structure.

Placements: Out of a batch of 140, I think about 10% of them got placed through college placements. I do not have knowledge about the salaries offered. The highest package offered was 10L per annum, lowest was 4 LPA and the average package offered was around 5-6L per annum.

Satisfied by course structure but expensive and not value for money.

Placements: Batch 2017-20, constituting 130 brilliant students from all across the nation, has been known for mental exuberance. Thanks to this many of them have completed their internships at EY, Delloite, HDFC and so on. They have experienced working in the position of analyst or teacher or in the economic offences wing of government body.

One of the best colleges in India.

Placements: Placements over the last few years have been quite decent in terms of salary packages offered. Placements are ensured by the very active placement cell of the college striving for results consistently. Not only placements, but the college also works towards providing internships to students who are completing their second year.

Our college is good at infrastructure, placements and faculty.

Placements: There is no focus on placements for our course as the majority do not opt for it. One internship is compulsory in the industries like in banking, consulting, credit rating companies etc. Another internship should be done in an NGO. Internships are generally unpaid.

A good college for B.Sc. in Economics.

Placements: For both my and seniors batch, there are no placements. Most of the students will go for doing Masters. The placement cell, however, helps students to join the industry. An internship is compulsory with the majority of them being unpaid. The maximum stipend that one has got is Rs. 12000.

Our college is good at faculty, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The placement cell doesn't focus on the placements of the students. The reason is, very few students opt for placements after B.Sc. in Economics. However, the students who are interested can approach the placement cell and can get the contacts of the industry. Internships are compulsory, and placements cell helps the students for it.
