Review of Tara Devi Harakh Chand Kankariya Jain College
Placements: Only 10 to 15 % of students are placed in our course. The highest package is 4 to 5 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 2 Lacs per annum. The average package is 3 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies in our course are TCS, Wipro, reliance industries, etc. The top roles offered in our course are mostly BPO and accountant.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not working properly in our college. The classroom is average. The library is good. The canteen food is average. It has a gaming room and an audiovisual room. It has nice facilities and the infrastructure. Overall, it doesn't have any hostel or medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers were above average in knowledge Semester examination is not very difficult. Almost 40 to 50 % of students pass each semester and this also depends on the level of examination paper. Sometimes paper comes easy though so, the passing percentage is not fixed.

Best Review of THK Jain College.
Placements: About 70% of students are placed in our college, with the highest package offered being INR 12 LPA. Top recruiters include Flipkart and Amazon. Around 60% of students secure internships at companies like Amazon and Flipkart. The topes roles offered is Account Manager.
Infrastructure: The college boasts a nature-friendly campus with lush greenery. Wi-Fi is available to all students. Classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the library houses an excellent collection of books. The canteen provides some of the best food on campus. The laboratories are fully furnished and equipped with high-quality computers.
Faculty: The faculty members are very friendly and helpful. The curriculum includes various programs throughout the year. Each semester comprises two exams: internals and finals. The semester exams are manageable for students who attend classes regularly, with a pass percentage set at 50% in English and three other subjects.
Other: Each classroom accommodates 100 students who are cooperative and supportive. I chose this course because my favorite subject is accounts. An annual event is held every year, attracting many celebrities to the college.

Average college with a nice infrastructure .
Placements: We didn’t get any companies coming in for placements. Just so you all know, it’s not like they promised us any placements in the first place. We got internships through the Calcutta University Summer Internship Programme. Overall, you will not get campus placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. We have Wi-Fi, but the college won’t give you the password; you will have to figure that part out on your own. You can ask a senior; most of us have the password. The classroom is big, and the library is good. Sports events, such as football and cricket, are available.
Faculty: The teachers are fine, but not very good. Their English is below average; even the English teachers use Hindi or Bengali. The college follows CU, so the course is more or less the same as any college providing B.Com (Hons). College exams are good, but the teachers are not that helpful.
Other: The campus looks good, and overall, THK Jain is a nice choice.

It is not that bad college but can give more facilities and can be more advanced.
Placements: Placement was not very good for my batch. Out of 100%, only 40% were placed. The highest package was around 4 lakhs per annum, the lowest was around 1.5 lakhs per annum, and the average package was around 2 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies were local companies in Kolkata. The top roles offered were for accountants.
Infrastructure: The college looks amazing from the outside, but the inside is disappointing. The classrooms are dull and not very well equipped. There is no hostel, and the canteen food is just average. Overall, the facilities are not that good, especially considering the price charged.
Faculty: The teachers are mostly humble, but some of them don't know how to speak basic English, which makes them seem unprofessional. The teachers complete the syllabus on time, and the exams are not that difficult. The passing percentage is around 80%.
Other: The one thing I can say is good about the college is that they organize an event every year.

A peaceful college life with good infrastructure.
Placements: The college does offer placements to students, but I chose not to participate because I didn't want to get placed immediately after graduation. Companies like TCS and others visit the campus for placement drives. A few students who wanted to get placed applied, and some were selected, but the salaries were not very high.
Infrastructure: The college has Wi-Fi facilities and large classrooms that can easily accommodate 100 students. It also has a library, computer labs, and an AV room. The campus features a big playground and is a spacious and peaceful environment. Additionally, the college offers a canteen, medical facilities, and a common room.
Faculty: There are many faculty members in the college. Most of them are very supportive and friendly. The internal assessments are easy to pass if you attend classes and take notes. However, the semester exams are quite challenging, with a pass percentage of only 30%.
Other: The college conducts fests and scholarship programs are also available.

Best Facility, Infrastructure, and Good Placement in 2019.
Placements: Around 50% of students get placed in the course at THK Jain College. The highest package is 5-6 lakhs per year, the lowest package is 1-2 lakhs per year, and the average package is 3-4 lakhs per year. During placement drives, companies like Sony, LG, Birla, and Reliance participate. 100% of students in my batch secured internships in well-known companies. Top roles in my course include Accountant, Marketing Team, Assistant Manager, and Treasury Manager.
Infrastructure: My college has good facilities on campus. There’s a library where students can study or take books home to learn more about various topics. Free Wi-Fi is available in the computer labs, which are clean and equipped with new computers. Although there’s no hostel, the college ensures a cruelty-free environment with pure vegetarian food. The college also has a big playground for cricket, basketball, and other sports, as well as indoor games. Medical facilities are also available and well-maintained.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable enough to teach us effectively, and we are grateful for their guidance. They offer extra classes for students who struggle to understand during regular sessions, so we don’t need private tutors. The curriculum is relevant for those aiming for a business background, making us more knowledgeable and better prepared for the future. We don’t have semester exams; instead, we have yearly exams, with a pass percentage of 30%.
Other: I always wanted to have my own business, and this course has made me more confident and knowledgeable in that pursuit. I believe we should have had a semester system during our time, but it has since been corrected for our juniors. My college organizes many events related to studies, fashion, and sports. Full scholarships are offered to students who scored 80% or above in 12th grade. We also visited factories to enhance our knowledge.
