Reviewing Food Technology course at Techno Main Saltlake.

Placements: Techno India Food Technology course is the worst among other courses offered here. There is no placements committee. The placements drive is run by only one faculty member. During the covid period, only 10% students got job offers from the college with 2.5 LP average CTC. Your growth is not going to happen at all.

Don't go by the name, it’s totally a disastrous college.

Placements: They invite just service based companies in spite of showing banners of big product based companies. Only mass hiring happens by TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. The students having a certain GPA of 8 or above are given a chance which is how they show 100% placements total.

Review of Techno Main Salt lake.

Placements: In CSE and IT branches, placement is a bit good, but in Core branches, placement is very miserable. On campus, the highest is around 12 LPA. The average for CSE and IT placements is 5-6 LPA, and the lowest may be 2 LPA. Top mass recruiter companies visited campus like TCS Ninja Digital, Cognizant, Accenture. They pay around 4-5 LPA.

I am not satisfied with this college.

Placements: Placement scenario of our college is very high but salary packages are less. Companies provided mass hiring and offered less salary packages. The highest salary package is 32 LPA and the average salary package is 5 LPA. TCS, Wipro, and new start-ups are the top recruiters.

Unsatisfactory experience.

Placements: Almost 5% to 10% of the students get placed. The lowest salary offered is Rs.10,000 per month, the highest is Rs. 25,000 per month and the average salary offered is around Rs. 12,000-14,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are PWC and TCS. I'm not sure about the roles offered. The highest package offered in our course is around 3 LPA. Almost 10% of the students got an internship in several companies, including Sony.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty members.

Placements: Placements in our college are not at all good. Companies which visit our campus for placements are BPOs, and they do not offer good job profile. Good companies rarely visit our college. The average salary offered was Rs. 8,000 per month. The highest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 5,000 per month. The college does not provide an opportunity for many students to attend for placements.

The average salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Zycus, Emphasis, Mindtree, AGS Technologies etc. Software developer, engineer, etc., were the top roles offered to students. Only a few students got an internship in TCS, who had some referrals.

Absolutely dissatisfying experience at Techno India Salt lake, no infrastructure.

Placements: To be very honest, when it comes to placement for a core branch of engineering like civil or mechanical, every institute is toiling hard to make placement a smooth process. Techno India Salt lake is no different. We have some mass recruiters like TCS, Cognizant who come for placement drive every year. These are some of the companies where even non-IT students can sit for. Some companies offer sales role to students which most of them don't prefer. Even Deloitte, BYJUs opened up ways to us. But, ...

Not good for career growth- this college will demotivate you in every aspect. Try other colleges.

Placements: Techno India group is only doing business. They don't have quality placement in any streams. Though placement is quite good in engineering stream, especially in computer science & information technology streams. The placements of other engineering streams are not good. In civil & other core branches, they don't have any placement. In management courses like MBA, BBA, BHM, placement is very poor. In BCA also, placement is not good.

Beware. Be very careful what you decide for yourself.

Placements: For BBA, there are absolutely no placements. Even if you get placed, you will be paid 9k-10k max. So this is a huge problem which the college needs to address. More companies need to be called and there is nothing called internship and all. You are all on your own.

Dissatisfied because of poor placement in 2016 and faculty.

Placements: There is not very good placement in Techno India, Salt Lake as about 70% of students got placed this year from electronics and communication branch. The highest salary offered is 6 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 lakhs this year. There are about 10 companies that visited our campus but only one was mass recruiter and that was TCS. The list of companies are: Delloite, CGI, TCS, Capgemini, IBM, FusionChats and few startup companies, but all companies except TCS recruited about 5-6 students and also, there...
