Placements: The placements offered were good. Around 60% of the students got placed. The companies like TCSC, Jetairways, JP Morgan visited the campus. The maximum number of students get the internship based on their performance in the interview. The highest package offered was 3 lac per annum. The selection process of different companies is based on the interview. There are 5 rounds which every student should clear to get placed.
Placements: The college provides the decent placement wopportunities. The companies like TCS, JP Morgan and ICICI visited the campus to offer the entry-level jobs with a decent pay package for the freshers. The roles offered included the sales, business process service, etc. Their salary per month would be around Rs. 20,000. The students who desirous of getting a job at entry-level can make use of this very good opportunity provided by the college. A decent number of students got selected by TCS and JP Morg...
Placements: The companies include giants like Accenture, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and L&T Infotech. The average package was around Rs. 17-22k per month. The college provides no internships. Around 10-20 students got selected from the campus interview who belongs to computer science department out of 140.
Placements: In one of the top firms, I had a good pay as a fresher. Many top firms come and provide and opportunities for placement. Nearly 85% got placed in the recruitment drive. Companies like Accenture, Aditya Birla, etc. visited the college every year. The highest salary offered was 18000 per month.
Placements: Placements are good. Nice companies come in and take students with them. The teachers are also very helpful regarding placements. They keep us informed about the placement dates, as well the recent trends. The also let us know the past placement records and tell us to improve in certain areas. Various roles are offered like, for finance specialization, the role of wealth manager is usually offered.
Placements: Placements were pretty good for B.Com students as many reputed companies visited this college for campus placements giving a package between 2-3 lakhs. Companies like ICICI Prudential and many more. I would say that placement from this college is worth. Do participate and apply for all the companies that come to Thakur's campus.
Placements: For this particular college, placements have never ever been done nor even for the senior batch. Once the concerned student passes out from college, he is all on his own for finding a new job. No internships at the college. The college doesn't not have any campus interviews, due to which all the students have to find their jobs on their own after finishing their graduation.
Placements: The placements in my college were way better than other colleges. We got placed in companies from start-ups to top brands. Oracle, Datamatics, Wellness Chakra, Revoluters Foundation, etc. visited for placements. The average salary in my college was around 20 thousand per month, the minimum was 15 thousand per month and the maximum has been 25 thousand per month. Out of the total number of students, 73%-85% get placed every year and sometimes even more.
Placements: There are many MNCs and national companies which come for the placement such as HDFC Bank, Mahindra, ICICI and many others. They recruit the students from the college. The staff of the college helps us in getting selected by advising and providing interviews knowledge right from the start of the first year of degree. So we get well trained by the third year.
Placements: The placement in college is good but the salary is not so good. Many of my friends got companies like TCS, Wipro and L&T. But the number of students is very less because they fail in aptitude. About the internship, the college is not giving any internship program.
Placements: Companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Atos etc. come for recruitment. In the previous batch, 88 students were selected out of 120 students. The maximum salary offered by companies is 3.25 lakhs pa and the minimum salary offered was by Wipro of 1.60 lakhs pa. They selected for various posts like web designer, trainee, system administrator. There is no internship programme in TCSC.
Placements: Placements are really good. IT companies like Wipro, L&T, Accenture come to the campus for placements. The quality of the students is good. 100% placements. The average is 4 lakhs for fresher. BPO, software manager, technology engineer etc. are the roles offered. The lowest stipend is Rs. 6000, average is Rs. 8000 and highest is Rs. 15000.
Placements: Since B.com isn't a professional degree, students prefer to study further and don't apply for a job but the college has a dedicated team for placements for which the students require to fill an online form at the college website. My friends had applied and one of few my friends got into L&T. The placements are average. Few companies like Bharti Axa Life insurance visit the campus during the last year for a 2-3 month project.
Placements: The college has average placements as not many companies come. Most of them prefer BMS, BBI graduates as compared to BCom. Still, the main company that came was JP Morgan. 3-6lakh packages were offered to the students placed. No internships were provided and there was no compulsion on students to do an internship.
Placements: The college provides good placements with companies like Accenture, TcsTech Mahindra, TCS and for other courses, there are companies like Oracle, L&T and Infosys. For B.Com, on an average, the package is of 2.2 lakhs. The placements totally depend upon the students' performance. I got an offer of placements in Tata Consultancy Services with a package of rupees 96000 annually.
Placements: Only few companies visited our college for placements. About only 20% of the students were placed. Profiles offered were sales and customer service and civil line. The companies that visited our college were ICICI Prudential, JP Morgan Chase, and few more.
Infrastructure: Very good Infrastructure and facilities like classrooms, labs, library, and canteen are well maintained. Because of the good infrastructure, many TVCs and Movies are shot in the college. Faculty: Some of the faculty members are not well versed with English and lack knowledge. Hello friends, Thakur College of Science and Commerce commonly known as TCSC has one of the finest infrastructures when compared to other colleges in Mumbai. Since it is a private college you can expect the fees to be high. Some of the facilities are canteen, campus area, gymnasium and auditorium. The seminar hall is quite good. Most of the faculty members are really helpful when it comes to studies, while some are not. I personally did not have a good experience with the non-teaching staff, as ...
