If you want to be a good engineer, you can prefer it.

Placements: In our college, almost 80% to 90% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA. Top recruiting companies did not visit our campus. Almost 80% of students got internships.

Placement is less as compared to other college's.

Placements: Placement is not so good as less companies visit the college and not everyone can afford the placement but the students prefer off-campus placements. Around 25-40% of students get placement from the college. The main role offered to CSE students is Coding.

Our college is situated in a hilly area.

Placements: I suggest students not to expect good placements from here. Very few students get placements every year. The salary package offered to students is not good. Most of the students who got placed from the college are from the CSE branch. Internships are good, but studies are average.

Hostel food is not proper. College is good in a remote location but lacks public facilities.

Placements: Placements are not that good. Some students got placed if the company or industry visited the college. You have to opt or rely on off-campus placements as the college is in a remote location. Most companies resist coming out of their comfort zone.

College is government but its placement is poor.

Placements: Only computer Science branch have some placement. But other branches are nill. Only less companies involved. Students have to go to the other option for placement. Results are also late from their side. But the good thing is that the money comes from tequip so the chance for extra activities are there.

I am satisfied with faculty members and placements.

Placements: Our institution provides jobs and internship to many students. Above 60% of the CSE students got placed here. Our institution is better than any other private or government institutions in Uttarakhand state because their teaching quality is far better than others. Our college provides the best placements.

The college needs to improve in every aspect.

Placements: In our college THDC-IHET only a few companies visit the campus. These companies are startups that provide a maximum of 3.5 LPA package. But slowly the number of companies is increasing this year. The companies don't visit the college because of its remote location, unskilled nature of most of the faculty members and students and lack proper management.

Review of THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology (THDC-IHET).

Placements: Placements in our college are not satisfactory. We have talented students in our college, and due to lack of company approach, we have to opt for an off-campus drive.

If you really care about your future please don't come to this college.

Placements: Placement is not good at all even you can say no placement. Only 1 company came to thdc-ihet and the package was 1.8 LPA. And that company was related to IT sector and company name was C Core technosolution. They recruit only 4 students from CS branch and 1 from ECE. In thdc ihet there is a placement cell but it is just like a showcase. Not at all useful.

Nice faculty with high experience.

Placements: Placements are not much good but I think many students have qualified GATE and other exams to teachers and excellent faculty for our branch. College don't have any concerns with the placement so it's good to do your own study and best environment for studies.
