Placements: Placements are not good because of the lack of a director in our college. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 5 LPA. Many companies visit our college for placements with decent salary packages.
Placements: The placement of our college is about 63.3% last year with the highest package around 8-12 LPA and median was about 3-4 LPA. The companies that came for placement were TCS, YAMAHA motors, THDC, Infosys, and many other small fintech startups. Overall 60% students got internships.
Placements: Very few companies come to the college for placements. The data is not clear regarding packages and offers. For internship purpose also, students have to apply on their own. TNP cell is not initiating any step for campus placement.
Placements: There are only 10 students in our class (batch 2019-2023). From the pass-out batch i.e, 2017-2021 only 2 students got placed at Tata consultancy service. They were only 10 to 12 students in that batch. There offer no roles.
Placements: The placement cell is quite weak and due to the mountain terrain many companies refrain from coming for on-campus placements, but the faculty in charge of the placement cell does work hard to give the students the opportunity they deserve. In all, a good placement can be achieved by the individual if he/she works hard for it.
Placements: No single student was placed in 2022 because there was no on-campus placement. Although few students got placed through off-campus placement. But not a single company came to our college to pick students. So overall placement of this college is very poor.
Placements: This year, placements are very less here. Nearly 10% of students got placements in different companies with the highest salary package of 12 LPA and the lowest salary package of 3.6 LPA. The top recruiting company this year is TCS. Many students got internship opportunities in different companies like ColouredCow and Jaro Education.
Placements: Due to the far location of the college in the foothills of the Himalayas and far away from the cities, very few companies visit the campus. Students have to go off-campus to grab an internship or job opportunity. Last year PIE Infocomm visited the campus and took 12-13 students with a salary package of around 2-3 LPA. A senior also grabbed a salary package of 7 LPA from Infosys last year, and some also grabbed job opportunities from TCS, etc. This year the highest salary package offered to a 4th...
Placements: Placements are not that good because of our college location. Still, 30% of the students get placed every year. Maximum placements are of the CSE branch. There are no highest and lowest salary packages, but the average salary package offered is approximately 3-4 LPA. Startup companies visit our college for placements certainly. SDE is the top role offered in our branch.
Placements: Around 40% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 10-13 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5-6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. All the top companies areare attracted towards our branch i.e CSE. Around 20-30% of students got internships for companies from on campus, and the company is not specific.
Placements: The campus placements are a bit less in number. As the college is situated far from the city so the companies usually don't prefer to come over here. The TNP cell along with the teachers tries their best to get the companies on campus though. Usually, the students go for off-campus placements. Recently one of our seniors grabbed a package of 13 LPA. Some got placed in TCS with a package of around 4 LPA. The students also participate in the pool placement drives and some of them get placed with a...
Placements: Few companies visit the campus due to its far location in the hilly areas. The highest salary package offered this year is 13 LPA for a 4th-year senior from electrical engineering. Some seniors got placed in TCS and some in other companies as well. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Pass out seniors got paced in Infosys, Wipro, Pie Infocomm, etc. Very few companies offered on-campus internships, but most of the students have to search off-campus for internship opportunities. Rol...
Placements: There are not so many placement in our college hardly anyone got placed. especially in mechanical engineering, there is no placement. I have heard we can only depend on GATE for jobs.it is an average college among other government institution. Studies are okay but have no atmosphere that a college needs.
Placements: Placement in the college is decent because our batch 2011-15 was first batch. Only two private company for Electrical and Communication stream visited our campus. So in terms of placement it is yet to prove mettle but because it is state government college it has resources to do it.
Placements: The college doesn't provide good placements. Hardly one or two companies visit the campus and only a few students are qualified. These companies don't offer good salary packages and students who got placed left their job after working for 6 months or 1 year because they think they are not being paid fairly and work for extra hours. One of the main reasons that companies don't come to this college is students are either not interested in engineering jobs or they are not well qualified.
Placements: The college is still evolving, and the placement rate of these developing colleges are not that high. I am from the civil engineering department, and the placements offered for the students of these branches are very low. Placements for CSE and ECE departments are good. Every student gets the opportunity to represent themselves in non-core placement drives. The TPO takes placements seriously, and we hope the placement rate gets improved in future.
Placements: The college doesn't provide any placement opportunities. Only two companies have visited the campus, and only selected candidates who have good relations with the director got placed. The deserving students got rejected. Even those two companies have visited the campus just to hire the students of the civil branch, but no companies visited the college to hire the students of other branches.
Placements: Earlier, placements in the college were not that good. But if we talk about now, our administration, faculty members and T&P department are working hard on that part. The result will soon be visible. I believe that I will be having a good job from the campus placements before completing my graduation.
Placements: Placements in our college are not good because only two to three companies visit our college to conduct interviews. Approximately 20% to 30% of the students got jobs through college placements. THDC does not support the students by providing the jobs. Overall, our college is better than a private institute.
