I would describe my college life as a part of my life that has had a positive impact on me.
Placements: I am currently studying third year B.A. Economics. There are many opportunities for us to participate in internship programs and attend job drives. Sheetal ma'am is in charge of our placement cell, and many companies, like Wipro, Infosys, and Accenture, recruit students from our college through interviews. They mainly focus on IT corporate jobs, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has a 100 year legacy, so the buildings have an old, heritage feel. Our department provides classrooms for each year's students and a good library with Wi-Fi. I currently live in the college hostel. They provide good food within our budget and also provide badminton, rings, and chess for sports activities.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very helpful; all faculty members in our department are NET, Ph.D., and PDF qualified. They inspire us to engage in self-learning with the help of the library, which helps students acquire deeper knowledge of the subjects. Our curriculum is very relevant. Our semester exams are comparatively easy. The pass percentage of our course is around 89%.
Other: I learned about the college through social media, so I chose this college for my graduation. About 2,500 students are studying at my college. Many programs are conducted under the student union, like arts day, cultural day, victory day, sports day, and merit day. The college also provides various types of scholarships, like eGrants, higher education scholarships, central sector scholarships, and C.H. Muhammed Koya Scholarships for minority students.

Summarised review on UC college .
Placements: The placement cell was newly established in 2019, so they do not have enough industry contacts yet. The college offers placement opportunities primarily to Master's students in English, with fewer opportunities available for Bachelor's students as companies prefer Master's graduates. My plan was to pursue an M.Sc. in English at the same college, which I did. The median salary CTC after completion is 2.8 LPA (Winspin Academy). There are many good career options after a B.Sc., such as becoming an English coach, establishing a spoken English coaching center, and content writing. The college always sends notifications of jobs and internships via email.
Infrastructure: The campus is eco-friendly, surrounded by trees, animals, and birds. The college infrastructure includes a conference hall, canteen, library, and sports court. However, the classrooms are not well-facilitated, and the washroom facilities are poor. The library mainly has academic books, with a limited selection of storybooks. The girls' hostel is very strict, with a curfew imposed after 6 pm, and no one is allowed to leave the hostel. For security, wardens and CCTV cameras are present everywhere. The quality and quantity of food provided by the college are good.
Faculty: The teachers in the English department teach both Master's and Bachelor's students and are very professional. They always try to expand students' vocabulary by introducing new words. The faculty members are helpful and supportive, encouraging presentations and public speaking on various topics in English. The syllabus includes two core papers, one generic paper, and one elective, with language writing considered an important subject. The semester lasts for four months, with exams conducted at the end. The level of difficulty is moderate, and the pass percentage is almost above 90 percent.

I am satisfied with the college.
Placements: There are 50 seats available in the course. The fee depends on the quota a student joins. Some of the main companies that provide placement are Accenture and Tata. My batch students got placement from Accenture. A graduate of B.A. English can get into a wide range of fields like teaching, content writing, or other Diploma courses.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college are average. Even though they provide Wi-Fi and labs, it could be made better, especially the Wi-Fi. The library is great. They have a wide range of books and it is quite spacious and peaceful. The food at the canteen is great. There are many options for us to choose from. The college promotes all kinds of sports and games and conducts various events throughout the course period.
Faculty: The teachers in the department are really supportive and friendly. They are always willing to help out. Their methods of teaching are quite effective. The course curriculum is relevant. It consists of both theoretical topics and topics that can help out in the outside world by making our language better. The semester exams are not too difficult.
Other: I chose this course to improve my language. English is a very important subject in the outside world. It is required in all fields of life. The course could be better if it focused more on literature and removed unnecessary subjects like history. The syllabus could include more useful subjects. There are many events that happen throughout the course of the course. The college gives the students a great campus life. They promote various clubs and events, which encourage the extracurricular skills of the students.

It is a traditional, echo-friendly college.
Placements: About 30% to 50% get placements from our college. Aided courses have low fees. Companies like Infosys offer jobs. Pass outs are getting placements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are refreshing. It has a huge library. It's all surrounded by many trees. There are two hostels for girls. There is a sports hostel, and there are two hostels for boys. The canteen has quality foods, and there are a lot of varieties of foods at low prices.
Faculty: Faculty members are educated and have a quality education to convey to students. Our classes were online due to Corona. Exams are mainly text-based questions. Teachers help students to have their own quality upliftment. Semester exams are difficult, but there will be liberal valuation so that students can score more.

I am very satisfied with the facilities provided by the college. Great campus.
Placements: There are about 60 above students in my class. There are various quotas like management, general, community, sports etc. Depending upon the quota the fees also change. TATA is one of the companies that provide placement. There is a placement cell to help the students.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are very spacious and properly ventilated. There are libraries and labs. Other facilities like hostels and canteens are also available. The canteen provides great quality food. There are grounds and courts for football, basketball, hockey etc.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful. Even during the time of corona the online teaching goes really well. They are very understanding to technical issues caused during online classes. The course also contains history as a complementary paper. Malayalam and Hindi are the second languages provided. For anyone who wants to learn another language they can provide a private tutor. The curriculum is relevant. Teachers use examples from outside the topic to make it more understandable.
Other: The best part about the course is that I get various opportunities to improve my skills. Various clubs and events keep the students engaged and helps in improving various skills and talents. The best part of the college is the campus. The campus is filled with trees and plants. Students hangout a lot at the ground and canteen. Students are made incharge for most of the events this improves various qualities like leadership, teamwork etc. The fees for one year is 18000.

Great college to balance education with social life.
Placements: The placement facility in my college was good. We were given direction from the time the course began. Placements were mostly from well known companies like TATA and Accenture. From my class, only 1 person was placed at Accenture. Overall in the college many students were placed especially from the Science departments.
Infrastructure: The college provides great facilities like library and labs. The library is very big so it is very spacious and peaceful. The Wi-Fi isn't really great. The classroom has projectors which is great for learning. The hostel is average. The food can sometimes be bad. The canteen is really great and spacious. There's a wide range of food options available. They also promote all kinds of sports and has three grounds for sports.
Faculty: Majority of the faculty are great except one or two. Their teaching quality is also great. They are always ready to provide help. The syllabus is relevant. The exams are not too difficult. The exams are conducted by the MG University. Everyone makes sure that the students go out with a certain standards which will help us survive in the outside world.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the language. The best thing about the course are the seminars and events they hold. There are a lot events and fests that happen during the course period. It ensures that the college experience is very interactive and interesting.
