UCC is eco friendly with more than 400 species of plants.
Placements: There is an official training and placement cell that prepares each and every interested student for placement season. The T&P is coordinated by student coordinators from the third and fourth years. The college has several clubs, like a coding club, GDSC, and E-cell, that advocate a competitive environment and help students develop real-world industry skills.
Infrastructure: When the college opens, it hosts a freshers' day for all the new students in July. Onam, Christmas, college day, and arts day are celebrated. Many books are available in our library, giving the best reading experience. Classrooms are neat and clean and have projectors for visual learning. The university also gives importance to sports and extracurricular activities. There are many clubs to improve the talents of students.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly trained and come from strong educational backgrounds. Most of the professors are friendly and have years of experience in their fields. They are also highly research-oriented and carry out several research projects.

The college ambience is so perfect for a student to study things.
Placements: So my college is one of the best colleges known for its placements. The students here are eligible for on-campus placements from their 5th semester and for off-campus placements from the 7th semester. Companies like PhonePe, Adobe, Barclays, and many more visit every year, offering good placements. The highest package goes to around 40 to 50 LPA, and the average is 7 to 10 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed goes above 90 percent.
Infrastructure: Union Christian College provides many clubs and cultural programs. Various clubs have been formed for each performance; for example, the D-Trix club for dance programs, the Nature club for environmental activities, and the Varah club for artistic programs like drawing and poster making are some of the clubs. They allow students to create new clubs or groups to come up with new ideas for their personal skill development or for the benefit of other students who study there. Various sports camps are also held on the college campus in which students interested in sports can actively participate.
Faculty: I like Josna mam; she's our chemistry faculty in the first semester. She was very supportive and cooperative. She was friendly. The student-faculty relationship is good with all faculty members. Each class has a strength of 64 students, with 2 mentors—one mentor for each 32 members. The mentors are friendly and listen to our problems. Every week, there will be a mentor hour where we can discuss our problems about college and faculty. The faculty completes the syllabus on time. For each subject, we will have tutorials that are similar to class tests, and after tutorials, we'll have CIE exams, and then semester exams. In the first semester, we'll have 2 tutorials, 2 CIEs, and 2 lab internals. Then, there are lab externals and semester exams. Most of the students pass the exams. There are a few students who fail due to a lack of adaptability in the new city and surroundings and the course.

Bitter But Truth Of UC college.
Placements: The campus has a good placement cell with various placement opportunities. They select and filter students based on marks and skills and provide personal placement support according to skillset. Kochi and Bangalore-based companies like IBM, IDFC First Bank, PhonePe, Meesho, and many more are famous recruiters. The package depends on the company and role; for example, IBM offers a 5.2 LPA package. As an internship, the college provides training from Kshitij IIT Kharagpur, which includes a 2-month internship and a 7-day crash course that is beneficial for interviews.
Infrastructure: The college is working on infrastructure; the current infrastructure is decent. In reality, there are drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol, even though there is a commitment to control drugs. Some students use drugs, smoke, and drink alcohol on campus. The college campus is eco-friendly. Political parties in the college create chaos for the management, though it is somewhat beneficial for students. The college does not provide e-learning, and library books are limited. I do not stay in the hostel; my home is nearby, which is convenient. That’s why I chose UC, but the hostel rooms and facilities are good, and I found the hostel food to be decent.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive, but no modern methods are used for teaching; they just take classes. The management is very slow to make decisions, and the scholarship process is also very slow. Teachers are highly qualified, with some holding doctorates. Our college syllabus is the best when compared to other MBA colleges; it is affiliated with Kottayam University, and exam and syllabus matters are handled by the university. Semester exams can be difficult and sometimes very hard, depending on the university’s mood. To pass, a minimum of 40% is required.
Other: The college is near to my home, making it convenient for traveling, so I chose UC. If I had the opportunity, I would implement policies to address addicted students.

Really good culture and campus, a great environment to study in, and wonderful faculty.
Placements: Placement is not that great. Only 55% of my friends got hired through campus selection. In my last year, the top recruiters were Wonderla, Wipro, Infopark, etc. The salary package offered by most of the companies was between INR 2.5 and 4 lacs annually. Internship roles were offered by more than 25 companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are great in a good environment. The college has a great computer lab, a library, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. Mess is great and provides healthy food right on time. It has a hostel facility near the college and is a great place for sports enthusiasts.
Faculty: The faculty in my batch was great and really helpful. Practical-oriented classes and administration rather than the theory part are taught. In the curriculum part, it's not very hard to study, but the practical way of learning is what makes this course a great one for future entrepreneurs. Semester exams are a little harder in the first semester, but they will become easier along the way.
Other: MBA is a great course to be an effective entrepreneur. And UC has a great history and culture that are uniquely upheld by the campus.
