University B.D.T College of Engineering Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Davangere

Placements: There are no better placements. Only 2-3 CSE, MCA & MBA students got placed. Due to BEL company recruitment, this year placement was good. The placements at our college are low because our college is a government college, so the placements are rare.

Placements: The college has placement and training office, which organise the interviews of different companies. The placements are average on my college campus. The companies that visit the college for the placements are Mindtree Ltd, Tech Mahindra, Tata Elxsi, etc. My seniors got placed in these companies. Most of the placements are for computer science, electronic and communication, electrical, and instrumentation departments.

Placements: Many placements are came to our colleges. Our college placements officers are also well help during the placement that happened in different colleges or companies. Reference will be given by the placement officer for attending that interviews and all.

Placements: Very few, 4-5 students in a branch of 60 members get selected in the campus placements. Very few companies visit the college, but no faculty is willing to take responsibility. Better go to other private colleges, but don't expect more from this college. The important thing is placement cell is the worst on the campus.

Placements: Placement for mechanical department is average and rare. In the year 2017 only one guy is placed no other companies came for campus selection. The highest salary 2.5lpa and the lowest 1.8lpa. For mechanical students only 2company visited BEL & Merchant navy.

Placements: The placements are not that good. But you can expect placements if you have good technical skills and communication skills. I can say that hardly 7-8 companies visit our college for placing the students. This time, BHEL company had visited the campus and selected 10 students.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Last year BHEL visited our college which the highest package of Rs. 8 Lacs per annum. Also, one from the mechanical and 3 from EC&E department were selected here. Also, other companies like Mindtree, Global Technologies, etc., visit our college. They also organise training sessions like FACE, NEF, etc. These all are very helpful to us.

Placements: 25% of the students got placed in my batch. The highest salary offered was 3.42 LPA. The lowest was 2 LPA, and the average was 2.42 LPA. Tech Mahindra, Mindtree, Seven Sense Talent Solutions, etc. visited the campus. The roles offered was a software engineer and system engineer. We got a chance of placement trying from Seven Sense Talent Solutions. It was very much useful to us to know how placements will happen.

Placements: Many people told that in the college there no placement opportunities when I was in 12th. It is obviously true when I was in 1st and 2nd year, but some of the companies will visit and hire. Now I'm in final year we are getting most of the companies, and I got placed too in an esteemed software company. When compared to our seniors we are getting lots of companies through our placement officer. Placements: The placements are poor. Generally, core mechanical companies are hard to be found in campus drives. But, you will surely find IT companies. Also, the salary packages offered to the students range from 2 LPA to 9 LPA.

Placements: The placements in the college are very very poor. There is a training and placement cell which is active in the college. It is providing adequate training but at the same time not been able to attract companies to conduct placement drives in college. No scope is given for students to attend any off-campus drives or training sessions. The students are trained from the third year, which is a good thing, which provides enough time for students to acquire skills and knowledge.

Placements: It is good. Our professors are encouraging us and making us realize how to face the interview. This is a very good motivation for us. Mainly, conducting placement training sessions and extra placement activities are improving our skills in those particular areas. The previous year students are also encouraging us by sharing their experiences faced them during face-to-face interviews, aptitude tests and group discussions.

Placements: The placement section has been doing good work, so chances of placement of students are increasing. As of now, a total of 20+ students have been placed. The highest package offered is 5LPA and the average salary package is 3LPA. The principal is doing good work for the placement of the students.

This is the second oldest college in Karnataka. The infrastructure has improved a lot compared to my days of learning and the university too has been changed to VTU. During Kuvempu University days the evaluation of papers was very strict and the lecturers knew almost everybody`s handwriting. There are few exceptional, learned and practically experienced lecturers in E&C; some of them are JPD, Geetha. The college canteen is average and we avoided it many times. The atmosphere is not the "Showoff...

Placements: Hi, I passed out this year, 2023 and in college, so many placements derived and many companies arrived, like IBM, Cognizant, etc. The placement officer paid so much attention to placing the students in companies. Overall, such a good college I had never seen.

Placements: Just 15 to 20% of the students were hired from our college and 5 to 10% of the people get very low package and its hard to maintain their expenses itself. And other 80 to 85% of the people struggling for their career. Due to lack of requirements.

Placements: From our department, Civil-related placements are too low and the college administration doesn't support us enough for our placements. By our own interests, we have to attend placements and any other related activities or trainings. They mandate us to participate in that without missing the classes .

Placements: Approximately 80-85% of students were placed in my course. The minimum package offered By My Course Is 50000. The maximum package Is 1,50000. 80% of students got internships in my course. Maximum in Infosys, Google, Wipro, and more Information Technology And Companies Outside countries offer good Package and an internship in this college.
