It is not bad, it is just an average college.
Placements: Not many companies visit the college; placement is not good, but it is state government. Maybe they do better in the future, but currently placement is average. If you want to go for higher education (M.Tech., MBA, etc.), then you can consider this college.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is average, but the university area is quite big, and there is only a girls hostel; for boys, you have to visit PG near the university or college, but there are some hostel facilities outside the campus, university, or college, and also many mess options are there.
Faculty: Semester exams are average, or we can say more than average; the difficulty level is quite good; teachers are average, but 1 or 2 teachers are good; they all (teachers) have average teaching quality and average knowledge; if you are an average student, then you can pass the semester exams.

Dissatisfied because there are no placements or facilities for practical experience.
Placements: No direct companies come here for placements. Students participate in off-campus drives. Only around 10% of students got placed. Internships are done by students. The college never offers any internships for students. A high number of students got placed.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi on the campus. There are only 2 labs for electronics students, and there are no separate labs like optical fiber lab, microwave lab, communication lab etc. Only a few girls' hostels are available combined for all departments like law, PG etc.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and helpful, but the teaching quality is very. Practical knowledge is almost zero, and the college doesn't prepare students for the industry. There are 6 papers in each semester which is high, and in the last 2 semesters, 7th-8th, students have to clear 5 papers which is not good.
Other: There are no extracurricular activities like sports day and industrial visits.

UCET VBU Hazaribagh review.
Placements: On campus placement and internship opportunities are very rare. 95 percent of the students are unplaced every year. Although many students work hard on their skills along with the degree and acquire good off campus placements through LinkedIn, twitter etc.
Infrastructure: It has a large spread campus area with nature friendly experience and have all most every engineering facilities such as labs, library, workshops, playgrounds, indoor courts etc. Hostel is also available but hostel are just manageable and nothing interesting.
Faculty: Faculties are good and supportive but the only thing I dislike is that there are very rare events, sports competitions and other extracurricular activities are organized. The students themselves need to come forward to organize desirable events and extracurricular activities.

It has good faculty, and great campus, but the placements should be improved.
Placements: The placements are not good in the computer science branch because of the lack of tech companies, but in other branches, 90% of students got placed in companies like Tata Steel etc. The highest package offered is about 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The syllabus is the same as all engineering colleges. Facilities are good. Labs are well developed and have all modern technologies. Boys' hostel is not available on campus, but there are various hostels and flats available outside. Girls' hostel is available inside the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and experienced. They are very grateful and helpful. The technology they use to teach is the latest and make us industry-ready. Semester examinations are very easy, but you have to study hard to pass and get a good CGPA.
Other: I have always had an interest in computers, so I chose computer science in my B.Tech. The college should focus more on improving placement facilities. The college is not so far from the city.

The college is quite good with a normal fee.
Placements: About 40% of students from our course get placed. The salary packages offered by the company is good, and it ranges between 2.5-3.5 LPA. Generally, companies visit our college to hire students from all branches. In the previous year, during COVID, maybe the companies might not have come. But during the normal time, the companies visit our college to hire students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, a laboratory for each brach and smart classrooms. There are two libraries, one is a central library, and another is a department library. Facilities like a canteen and ground for sports are also available here.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are quite helpful. They are always ready to take extra classes. HOD fulfills its responsibility in a proper manner, so there is no grievance. Exams are conducted on time. Students who study well definitely get good marks.
Other: Our college conducts an annual function and fests. Students also get an opportunity for a scholarship. Extracurricular activities conducted at our college are normal.

Truth about UCET Hazaribagh discussing its good and bad without hiding anything.
Placements: Retaining and placement department is very weak in the college due to which college can't bring companies in the campus, which makes that job taking part very hard for the students. Every student prepare either for the competitive examination or of campus recruiting. Every year, 30–35 students are selected of campus. You can get average package of 6 lakh rupees in the companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.
Infrastructure: Talking about the facilities and infrastructure available for students, they are quite poor. Aside from the library, most other amenities are lacking. The main building is not well-maintained, and the classrooms and labs lack essential facilities. There is no Wi-Fi available on campus, and the only student club, the Relish Club, has shut down due to mishandling and lack of funds, resulting in no extracurricular activities or sports events being held. While there are no canteen facilities within the college, students can enjoy the canteen available at the main campus of Vinoba Bhave University.
Faculty: The main strength of this college is its teaching staff. They are very knowledgeable, supportive and well qualified. They support students every day possible and clarify the issues. We can easily reach out to them and share our problems and find solutions easily. While we talk about the curriculum, it is very well structured, which makes it suitable for the course taken by the students, making it highly valuable for students to be industry-ready. The semester exams are taken on time in the college and the past percentage is 35%. The level of the exam ranges from medium to hard.
