College provide students with projects and internship outside.
Placements: 1. Almost 40-50% students get placed every year, mostly choosing IT Companies and many looks for off-campus. 2. Data from seniors suggests that off-campus core company is a good choice. 3. Many students are in PSUs like HEC, BARC, TATA Steel and many doing their Ph.D. from IITs and NITs. 4. Highest in-campus package is 4 Lac from an IT Company and off-campus is even higher. 5. Many students got internships in IITs and NITs and many got Training opportunity in PSUs.
Infrastructure: 1. College is University Managed and is inside the campus, so, we have Sports facility, gym, canteen and central Library. 2. Jio Wi-Fi facility is given to most of the students, not all with 1 Gb per day and additionally, there is 34 Mb per day by university. 3. Departmental Library have most of the books with 2 books per account for 15 days. There is a fine of 1 rupee per day after this.
Faculty: 1. Almost every faculty member has done their M.Tech and Ph.D. in reputed IITs and NITs and many came through TEQIP plan. 2. Faculty members coming through TEQIP have very good teaching experience and non-Teqip faculty members are also good. 3. Syllabus has upgraded from my session and now it is relevant to industry requirements.
Other: 1. There are many opportunities in Mechanical engineering domain like 3D printing, Additive manufacturing, Research etc. So, I chose this course. 2. Internship opportunities in IITs and NITs enhance practical skills of students, and through this college many got internships of 1-2 months. 3. Maintenance of machines would help enhancing practical knowledge of the students.

Satisfied because of faculty members, needs more improvement in placements.
Placements: Following information are about my pass out batch:- 1. Around 60-70% of students were placed, most considered for off campus placements. 2. The average salary offered by the recruiters were around 50,000/month. 3. Top recruiting companies for my courses were TATA steel, SAIL, Usha Martin, Tech mahindra. 5. The average package offered in my course were around 6-7lacs/annum.
Infrastructure: 1. My college has its campus in the university campus, which benefits very much, college has its own library with the required no. of books, but somewhere it needs to be improved. Wi-Fi facility is available but has bandwith of 34mb per day, it will be improved later, as Wi-Fi is installed recently one year ago. My course had it's own workshop were all B.Tech level practical can be done. 2. My college do not have it's own hostel but it can be taken outside the university campus, university has hostel for girls which is beneficial for girls student. University has it's own canteen where one can get the food, snacks of there own choice at affordable price, food here are hygienic, and fresh. University organises youth festival in which my college also participates.
Faculty: 1. Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, as faculty members are from IIT's and NIT's with having qualification M.Tech and Ph.D. 2. The course curriculum is much relevant but needs to add some practical approach, more contents and new technology related courses.
