Review of University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kurukshetra University.

Placements: The minimum of 60% of marks is required to attend placements. I got an honours degree from the CSE department. The lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. For internships, you should have at least 60% of marks in academics without any backlog. The software engineer was topmost profile offered in our course. Many companies like HCL, Infosys, Wipro, MNCs visited our college for placements.

Mechanical branch placements are poor, but for branches like CS and ECE, they are good.

Placements: About 10-12 students got placed from out of 60 students. The highest salary package offered by BEL is around 10 LPA for 2019 pass out batch. Core company for ME branch is only Adani, and previous year mainly IT companies like Infosys, Vivo, Wipro, etc., visited our college for placements.

UIET is a college worth its name and sets new benchmark for Government Institutes.

Placements: Placements are satisfactory as compared to other colleges. Almost all the students who fulfill the criterion get placed in CSE and ECE. This year, alumni association has been formed which will help students get better employment opportunities. The college conducts various paid training programs in summer vacations but it doesn't help you get internships. The highest package was about 4.5 Lacs while average package was 3.25 Lacs and the lowest package was 2 Lacs. All the information regarding pla...

Nice college with good faculty and placements.

Placements: The placements in our Institute are fine enough and you are likely to get placed if you have decent knowledge of the curriculum. About 60% of the students got placed last year who fulfilled the criterion for the companies. The percentage was higher for CSE and ECE branches. Many reputed companies visited the campus for placement drives like IBM, Infosys and WIPRO, The average package offered was 4 LPA, the lowest package offered was 2 LPA, the highest package offered was 9 LPA. KUK is good for the one who is looking for good environment for both studies and accommodation.

Placements: Placements are good in UIET (KUK). Many companies like Infosys, IBM and Wipro visit the campus to recruit the students. Every year, many students get placed in different companies according to their capabilities. The annual packages offered are quite good and high for a fresher. Around 35-50 students from every stream and every batch were placed.

It is an average government college. You can get good placements if you brush your skills.

Placements: Mass recruiters like Infosys, Wipro, visit the campus with average salary packages of 3-5 LPA. Even companies like IBM, Samsung, Vivo, visited the campus for placements. There is a room for improvement here. However, students and faculty members are making a way to up-skill the institute in a positive way.

Review of University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kurukshetra University.

Placements: Students of CSE and ECE branches in the college were provided with good placements, but students of biotechnology and mechanical branch were not given good placements. I hope the college provides better placements to students as Kurukshetra University is known to be one of the finest universities in Haryana. Otherwise, you have to find jobs o your own after completing the course.

Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable in theoretically aspects but not up to the mark practically.

Placements: Placements are not up to the mark as expected but overall I can say it's good but not the best. Few students were placed around 40 as many students were not allowed to sit for placement due to the fairgrounds in one or more subject and CGPA less than 6.5. The companies that visit our campus include Infosys, Wipro, IBM etc. Mostly the students are placed in Wipro and infosys only. Infosys basically they are first recruited for the classroom training. Many of the students took off campus placement...

Overall a good college but needs a lot of improvement in placement sector.

Placements: Only 2-3 biotech companies come to the campus every year. The highest placement package is around 3.5 Lacs from campus. For internships you have to apply on your own. Also no stipend is given. Yes, there is a placement cell and it is really helpful for students who want to invite some companies.

Absolutely satisfied And good placements and really good environment and infrastructure.

Placements: The Placements are very good, from the last so many years on every year the placement rate is going to increasing, the most top recruiter are Infosys, Wipro, Adani And IBM. From the last so many years the IBM has not arrived but now IBM is also arrived in our college. Placements fair is held in our college. The highest package is about 8 Lacs and its a good place for placement in CSE, ECE branch. The ECE branch did not have so many companies but still they are placed in infosys.

Placements: Placement was good. I was placed in a reputed company. The average placement is around 3.6 Lacs rupees Where is the highest goes around eight Lacs rupees. The placement team always tries to let the student get the highest package. Taking Placement from this college It's too easy.

Good placements, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: There are good placements for the CS department, and a few good companies come for mechanical as well. CS companies include Infosys, Wipro, IBM, etc. Mechanical companies are IOAGPL, Asahi glass, etc. There are no specific companies for electronics and communication students, but they also get recruited by IT companies.

Best institute for technical education.

Placements: Placement are the main plus point. Many big private companies visit the campus every year to hire the young talented companies like TVS, Infosys, HCL, maruti Suzuki are some of them. Senior selected students are satisfied by severing their service with these companies.

Placements: Around 4-5 companies namely Adani, Infosys, Wipro, Vivo, Lava, etc., visit our campus for the placements. Recently Samsung has also recruited some of the students. So, the placements are average and are dependent upon skills and hard work of the students. The average package offered is 3.5LPA.

Placements: The placement rate of CSE department is about 100% whereas the Mechanical department suffers lack of companies. The two other departments ECE and Biotechnology have moderate placements. The maximum package offered till now is 5 LPA.

Fest is enjoyable and very interesting activities are organised.

Placements: The placements are good. Every student who has CGPA of above 6.0 got placed. Many companies like Dell, Infosys, Adani, IBM, Vivo, Lava, etc. come and place the students in their respective companies. The average salary was 5 lakh per annum, and the students are happy in their respective roles. The main purpose of companies is they select good and talented students. Almost, 74% of the students out of total students got internships.

As an engineer, I would say its a good university because there are good placements.

Placements: I am UIET CSE student. Placements were conducted by Infosys and the package being 3.25 LPA, TCS 3.18 LPA, HP 3.45LPA. The university is not good when compared to NIT or IIT, but many companies like Oppo, Vivo, Lava, TCS, Wipro, HP visited our campus. These companies also offered a good package to the students.

Kurukshetra University review.

Placements: Regular placements are available in the campus. Most reputed organisations come for recruitment of the students. The eligibility criteria is to clear all the previous semesters. In mechanical, most of the students go for core mechanical. Also, there is scope to change your profession.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty. No good placements are there.

Placements: Nothing, as not a single core company visits here and same with our Senior batch. 20% -30% in either BPO or Sales job. The lowest package is 2 Lacs pa and the highest package is 3.5 Lacs pa. Salesmen roles are offered to the students. For internship around 10-15% got from the college.
