A College That Can Give You Memories and a Base Placement (Be Your Own Mentor).

Placements: Mostly about 550 out of 800 students who enrolled for placements were placed. The highest package was 50 Lacs per annum, with on-campus highest being 20 Lacs. The top recruiting companies were Commvault and Darwinbox. No internships were provided, so students need to arrange them on their own. For the highest packages, only SDE roles were offered; some were in testing as well.

Only for education; no social activities.

Placements: A lot of students get placed in our college from packages starting at 2 Lacs based on our talent. We can get packages; it depends on our ability and hard work. We should do hard work; otherwise, we don't get placed. The highest package in our college is 43 Lacs. AVG students can get 6 lacs.

It is a restricted college for civil and EEE students.

Placements: There are no opportunities for placements in the civil department. There were placements only for IT, CSE and ECE courses. There is the worst scenario, and it tells civil students to apply for software companies. Not a single good recruiting company visit our college for civil course placements.

It is a good college for students who want to study.

Placements: In the past years, many students from CSE, IT, and ECE departments got placed. In the ECE branch, the minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA and the maximum salary package offered is 27 LPA. However, engineering is not about salary packages, but it is about the quality of engineers the college manufactures.

In terms of overall specifications, our college is average.

Placements: The eligibility criteria for placements is a minimum of 70%, and also some companies will put 60% criteria. The highest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 8,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. Very less companies visit here for our course. Top roles are offered in core field like machine design. This is my experience in this college for the last three years, and one more year is left to spend.

Recently, Capgemini recruited 178 students from our college. Till now, the highest package offered by Flipkart was 28 LPA.

A glance of Vardhaman College of Engineering.

Placements: Placements in our college are the worst for our seniors. They have a placement rate of 30%. Students having a CGPA of above 7 got placed. The highest package offered was 5.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc., come for placements. Many other IT companies also visited our college for recruitment.

Discipline is very good in my college campus.

Placements: They referred to IT, and CSE department people are getting placements, they do not care about mechanical and civil engineering students. In my college placement eligibility is minimum 60% from any department. They don't have more than two backlogs. They will provide soft skill programme after completion of our 3rd year, its take 45 days, it will cover aptitude, soft skills and some mock test about placement drives.

Strict rules and the faculty is not up to the mark. The mobiles are not allowed into the campus.

Placements: The placements offered are not at all good for our senior batch, and our batch is expecting very fewer companies. The highest salary offered is 13.5 lakhs per annum and least salary offered is 3 lakhs per annum. The companies like Amazon, LG, Samsung, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Capgemini, Salesforce, IBM, Infosys, Flipkart, Wipro, Medha, Sapient, Rofous, Bosch and Syntel visited the campus. The roles offered were data engineer, service-based jobs, software developer, software testers, etc. 7% of the st...

Don't join this college for enjoyment because you won't find much enjoyment here.

Placements: Our batch had a couple of good placements. But overall I would say that I would rate 2/5 for placements at Vardhman college. There are a couple of good companies, but other wasn't a good one. Only 40% of students were placed, and the majority of them were placed in multiple companies. The lowest was 1.8 LPA, and the highest was 13 LPA. The top companies were Amazon, OpenText, Salesforce. In those, there were a couple of them which belonged to sales. There is a placement cell.

Placements: The college offers placements. 50% of the students were placed in my batch, The highest salary is 4 lakhs per annum and the lowest is 1.8 lakhs per annum. UHG, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini and many more came for recruitment for roles in application engineering and associate engineering.

Came with lot of hopes but nothing impressed me

Placements: There were vague placements for our branch. If interested, they can opt for the software side. Mostly, 2-3 core companies visited our college but gave a very less package. You cannot expect a top-class core company for hiring you. You must find suitable internship offers.

Good placements, infrastructure and faculty, but the worst rules.

Placements: Our college is good in placements and every year, the percentage of the placements is good. The highest package offered is around 13 lacs and mostly, we were offered development-related roles. The companies which visited are NTT data, TCS, Amazon, CGI, Tech Mahindra etc. But, fewer students(10-15) got the internship, but good stipend was offered to these students. Overall, a good college for placements.

Vardhaman college is too strict college with a low performance.

Placements: Almost nil for core students. 10 students placed out of 120. Only two core companies visited the college. Two companies' pay scale was also too low or lied between ten thousand to twenty thousand only. But for other courses like electronics, electrical, computers and information branches, Vardhaman provides better opportunities in terms of placements. Average students from CSE IT ECE and Electrical can get a placement with normal preparation. For core students, it needs lots of hard work. ...

It is an autonomous college. But the faculty members are not up to the mark. Lab assistants are becoming assistant professors and faculty members are not even well aware of the subject contents, which they are teaching. They are costing too much fees for the students for the only reason of being an autonomous. I just don't prefer this college.

Civil department in vardhaman college is not that much bad. As infrastructure point of view it is very good, various labs and lab equipment is good. Quality of faculty members has been increasing better on every year but if we concerned about fair quality levels it does not hold good level now but it may enhance its level in future. And extra cultural activities are very good at college level. It has a very good cricket stadium and they are developing and constructing various sport complexes for...
