Placements: This year, there were fewer placement opportunities due to the ongoing recession. Generally, most of the students who opt for placements get one. There are many reputed IT firms that recruit students from this college. Most of the time, internships are offered, followed by job offers.
Placements: In my course last year, the placement rate was around 34–40%. The highest package in my course was 6.8 LPA, the lowest was 2.2 LPA, and the average was 3.4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Concentrix, Motilal Oswal, etc. Around 16–17 students got internships at well-known companies.
Placements: Campus placements were not provided for our batch. The highest salary offered was Rs.20,000 per month. Our college helped students regarding placements and internships by providing proper information. Around 50% of students got internships on campus.
Placements: Approximately 30-35% of the students got placements from our batch, the highest package offered was 3.5 LPA and the lowest was somewhere around 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting company for my course (BAF) was Axis securities. Around 50% of the students from my course opted for internships in various financial companies such as ICICI prudential. The top job positions offered were a sales manager, analyst, equity dealer, etc.
Placements: Only sales-related companies visit our college for placements. It does not focus much on on-campus recruitment. Only one company that is IKS, Airoli, visits our college with a good salary package. It does not provide internships. Students have to put effort by themselves. I have been recruited to Topper Learning with a salary of Rs. 25,000 per month. It was totally a sales company, and it is not a worth job according to the core.
Placements: There are good placements in this college. Many top-class companies select students from this college. Students should have at least 60% of marks in their course to attend placements. Salary packages offered to students depend on the company which select them. Top companies which visit here are TCS, Wipro, etc. Roles offered are web designers, etc.
Placements: In BMM, we rarely attended campus placements because every student planned to start their own business or ad firms. So, I think only 10%-15% of the students from our course applied for placements. Top recruiting companies for our course are Unilever and TCS. They offer a starting salary ranging from Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month.
Placements: Mass Media was the new course started here. You get a lot of references from teachers. Hardly anyone got internship through college but on individual level students found out many opportunities outside. There is a placement cell in this college for all courses.
Placements: The placements in a re attractive as most of the people get placed. Almost 85% of the students get placed. Companies like infosys and tcs offer placements in our college. Best college with a good number of placements. The roles offered were financial analyst or manager.
Placements: My placements experience at Vidyalankar was really nice, and the college will assist you properly. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements. There were 90% placements during my tenure. The highest salary package offered was 3.50 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average was 2.20 LPA. The companies that visited were Tech Mahindra, Wipro, TCS, Here Maps, Accenture, etc.
Placements: Various reputed IT companies like TCS, Wipro, L&T, Infotech, HERE Technologies, and Atos, etc., have visited our campus for recruiting the students. The placement cell was active in grooming the students for the interviews by conducting mock GDs and PIs. Almost every student from our batch has got placed. The salary packages offered ranged from 1.6 LPA to 2.2 LPA. Internships had to be sought out by the students themselves outside the college.
Placements: At least 10 15 companies visit campus for placement. General aptitude training is provided with sample papers. Mock interviews are conducted to boost confidence of students. Mock interview questions are also provided. Faculty members help in building CV. Ha.
Placements: The placements are not fine. Only few people were placed out of the whole campus. TCS, ORACLE, TRIVISTA etc. came to our campus and it offered 12,000 to 15,000 as the package for a fresher. They hired for a voice process profile in TCS & IT profile in Oracle.
Placements: If we consider placements, they are conducted in a very nice way. The placement programmes are conducted so that students can be prepared for the interview. A various number of companies comes and select us by interview and technical rounds. Even after the academic year is done, we get placement support from the placement team.
Placements: Vidyalankar School of Information Technology has a separate placement cell for the students. Placement officer has appointed one student from each division for providing information to the students about companies and other placement-related activities. Many companies came to the campus in the 2017-18 year like L&T, Wipro, Capgemini, Easy solutions are the few of them. We have almost 300 students in B.Sc-IT third year, 30 to 40 students got jobs in college placements.
Placements: The placements of the college are very good, and almost all the leading companies in Mumbai and India have been visited like TCS, Wipro, L&T, etc. The average salary offered was approximately 3-3.2 LPA. The highest placed was of about 3.87 LPA by TCS in the last year. You can get a great placement if you are eligible and also there are walk-in placements for many fields.
Placements: I have done the internship related to the textile firms which was offered to me based on my textile diploma degree that I had done from the Sasmira college. So, I didn't do any internship from this college. So, I have less idea about it, but I know some of my friends who have done the internships from this college. They said that they had a good experience. So, maybe it will be good.
Placements: Pre-placement offers for BMS students are for 75% of the total batch. It is for 75%-80% of the students. Other students usually find pre-placement on their own. They apply online or through pool campus to different companies. The placement can be rated as average for batch 2013. It has not changed much.
This college is recommended to those students, who couldn't score well in HSC and CET exams. Fees is definitely on the higher side when compared to other colleges. Campus life isn't too great, as the college is usually devoid of the students. The infrastructure is good; A/C classrooms, library, labs all are air-conditioned. The crowd is decent, considering the college is located in Wadala, and well-connected to other areas. The faculty, and its teaching is just average. Some reputed companies li...
Infrastructure of the College is Very good & if you are searching college for more of studies purpose than it is the best college as teaching is excellent & faculties are ever ready to help. College is spread around 11 acres & have all the facilities such as CCD in Campus, Canteen with variety of food, Wi-Fi, AC in class room, auditorium, ground, parking lot, etc. But the thing college lacks is the surrounding. Hardly any hub or place can be found nearby the college for entertainment purposes.
