Placements: There is a good placement after getting a degree from this college. It depends on the skills of the student and his activities involved or the grades in the final result sheet. I would suggest this college due to its popularity and placement. The future of the students of this college is very bright and progressive.
Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. Many companies visit the campus for placement. Our seniors got placed in reputed companies and doing well there. The college team regularly updates about the companies and vacancy where students can apply for a job. Our department is also tying up with new companies for the placements.
Placements: VIPS is one of the best institutes of IP university in terms of placement. The placement opportunities offered here range from 4-5 lacs per annum for the reputed courses. Many multinational companies arrive here to hire people for their brands with attractive packages.
Placements: I don't know much about the placement cell. For placement, we have one placement committee in which students need to register themselves. They provide internships and placements to students and guide students and assist them by counselling. They conduct seminars and workshops for the students to enhance their skills.
Placements: I am in the first year of my college and have just done with the first semester, so don't know much about placements. The placement cell provides the students with the internships and placements. They also counsel and guide the students for successful placements. Even students register under central placement cell, and only those students are provided for the assistance and counselling.
Placements: VIPS offer us amazing placements depending upon the calibre of the students we also have a placement committee wherein students are also involved from the 1st semester. VIPS offer placements which students strive for in different colleges. It is competing for NLUs too.
Placements: Placements are available on the campus only though not many students are selected. However, a number of companies visit the college for placement activities. Students need to register in the central placement cell and are provided with placement assistance. It also conducts seminars and workshops.
Placements: The placement process at VIPS aims to match the requirements of the corporate world with the aspirations of the students, thereby facilitating the achievement of Synergy by two. It is a mandatory part of the course curriculum to go for internships for students in their summer holidays from the third year.
Placements: The placement process at VIPS is one the of best among many colleges. The maximum number of students get placed from every course every year. Studying at VIPS is worth it if placements are concerned. Students are placed with a number of companies like Orient, Phoenix, IDBI Life Insurance, etc.
Placements: Many MNC companies visit our college like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. Mandatory requirements are they should not have backlogs at the time of interview. They should have aggregate 60% marks. The p[rocess they conduct is an aptitude test. The interview conducted for the senior student that includes HR and Technical interview. After some time about a week or month, the college will notify the name of the selected students.
Placements: I can't talk about other departments, but the school of journalism and mass communication has a placement cell which is active. They help in securing the placements. But the students prefer to get a placement on their own. That's because of the kind of employers we get. It's reality vs expectations. Our seniors are well placed in the industry as PROs, journalists, producers, etc. We have our reach in organisations like The Hindu, Bennett and Coleman, News Nation, Ogilvy, PR Pundit etc. The stude...
Placements: The placements offered are 100%, but everyone doesn’t ask for one. The highest package offered was 3.20 lakhs per annum. Only a few companies with big names otherwise most of them from NSP. The college is considered one of the topmost in the university. So better in offering the placements than the other IP affiliated college.
Placements: There were many students placed in good companies like TOI, Hindustan Times, Punjab Kesari, etc. It was an unpaid internship. No company visited the campus, but the college professors sent the students' names. We were given some forms to fill out, and the companies asked our college to send some students for interview and through an interview, the students were selected for the internship.
Placements: The placements are excellent because top IT companies join for the placement. They are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, L&T, Delloite, HCL, NIIT, etc. It depends on the student knowledge, whether they can grab this opportunity or not. The placements are done in college as well as off-campus. Every year, around 80% placements are there. Being the second year student, haven't experienced much, here is the record of previous placements, in 2017, 94 students have been placed with a starting package of 6 lakhs p...
Placements: The placement of the college is very good. The placement cell helps the students to get placed. Almost all the students from my batch were placed, and many of them went for the further studies too. But overall, the placements are the best in VIPS. Many of my seniors are in good companies and have great packages. Some of them have gone to other countries too. At my part, the placement from the college is the best. If a student gives his or her 100%, then he or she will be placed easily from the c...
Placements: The placements are bad as a BBA and B.Com Hons students jobs offered are not related to our stream. Even the companies aren't that good. The percentage of students placed is very low. Around only 2% of the batch gets placed. The highest salary given in last year was Rs. 22,5000 per annum.
Placements: The placements are average for journalism students only and bad for filmmaking students. VIPS is famous for BJMC and BA LLB and law. The placements are better compared to other courses. If you work hard, you can make contacts with college seniors which is better than placements.
Placements: I am still in 3rd year, so I cannot say about the placements. But The college has good placements record with the established placements cell. Some students got placed last year, almost 90% of the students were placed in good companies and legal firms. The average salary offered last year was 3-4 lakhs per annum.
Placements: The college has two placement committees. One for the whole college and another one for the law students only. The college guarantees the placements to all promising students. The committee helps the students by training them well before the interviews so that they can bag the best opportunities for themselves.
Placements: There is a placement cell offered in the college headed by the faculty members. The college is tied up with the various co-operative and legal firms and provide the best of their placements. It also gives directions to the students how to enrol in a firm for an internship and the students used are in touch with the department after the college hours.
