Placements: Our college has really good tie-ups with many reputed companies and industries, ensuring really high-quality with high salary package placements. Our college invites various companies and organisations every year for placements. The recruiters in the past are Abbott, Cipla, Merck, etc.
Placements: 1) In my college, total of 100 students were been placed for my batch. 2) The highest salary package was offered up to 3 Lacs per annum and the lowest salary package was up to 1.5 lacs per annum. 3) Some of our top recruiters in the past are Cipla, TATA Consultancy Services, Sandos, Merck, Bayer, Abbott laboratories etc. 4) After semester 8, internship programme is available for students in companies merge, R&D and other pharma companies. Placements: Our college has a separate placement cell, so as to ensure a smooth placement process. Some of the best pharmaceutical companies are visited for the recruitment of students. We have the most experienced personnel for the handling the same and they ensure that every student is benefitted from it.
Placements: There is a dedicated placement cell, which works on reaching out to the pharmaceutical company for hiring new graduates. About 60% of students are interested in working after completing their B. Pharma degree, and they were placed in good companies. Placements: Placements in our college were quite good. Although it was the first year, there were about 4 companies who visited the campus for recruitment. Many students were placed. However, many students prefer for higher studies. Salaries offered were in the range of 1.5-2.5 LPA. Companies like Suddler Hennessey, TCS, WNS and Cognizant, and also research-based, medical writing, pharmacovigilance and clinical trials visited the campus for placements.
Placements: Most of the students applied for masters or management courses. Few got placed in sales and regulatory with decent salary packages. The highest salary package offered was up to 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 1.5 LPA. Faculty had good industry contacts, to place students for internship. Overall, college is better for learning and placement.
Placements: Faculty members and alumni have good tie-ups with corporate companies, and they invite good companies into campus. Placements are good for graduates and post-graduates. The college invites corporates companies to the college and provided many platforms to engage with external experts, which results in bridging the college to external pharma institutes.
Placements: VESCOP offered best placements for our batch as well as our senior batch. The efficient placement cell of VESCOP ensured that all the students were placed in reputed companies. Companies include Rubicon Research, Sanofi, etc., visited our campus for placements. Apart from a very good placement record for students, VESCOP also provides the best internship opportunities to the students during their post-graduation course. Placements: Placements for B.Pharmacy were quite rare during our time. Hardly any student was placed. But in the case of postgraduate courses, guides help the students to get good placements. During our batch, there were no placements, and many of the students opted for higher studies.
Placements: There is a placement cell. The companies that visit every year can be different. 10% of the class was placed. Most companies that came were for medical representative or sales. Very few companies came for technical positions. It also depends on your placement cell, they should approach better companies.
Placements: Most of the students opted for higher education, but the ones who chose for placements got placed in great companies like Cipla, GSK, Sanofi etc. The college provides various career guidance tips on placements and also conducts seminars.
Placements: Currently, the placements are very good. All the students got placed. Salaries offered are also up to the industry standards. Ours was the first batch, for which companies visited the campus, and about 25% of the students were placed. The rest of the students opted for Masters.
Placements: VESCOP always believes in helping and guiding its students during placement season. The placement cell works really hard to search for top companies from the industry for students to work in a friendly environment and portray their talent. The placement process is fair. Placements: The placements are good and the placement cell has done immensely great job in order place students in various fields. Companies like cognizant, sanofi and gsk has visited and mainly marketing jobs offered to the students. Placement cell thoroughly takes the follow-up with the students until they get placed.
Placements: VESCOP has a dedicated placement cell that has distinguished faculty trying to network with pharmaceutical companies and ensure student placements. VESCOP has relations with companies like Cipla, TCS, VerGo Pharma, Microlabs, Merck and other leading industries in pharmaceuticals. College has a rising alumni base at these companies who make it easier for their juniors at VESCOP to get absorbed in to this industry. Placements: The placements of the college are decent, not stellar. Few students got jobs in sales and e-pharmacies. A lot opted out of the process and found internships/jobs on their own. Many students went on to pursue further studies (For eg. : M. S. , M. Pharma, MBA)
Placements: The placements were fine. We have a placement cell in place. The professors in charge strive hard to get some good opportunities for the students. We had opportunities for companies like Rubicon, Merck and some patent start-ups. The starting packages for freshers are little less.
Placements: Mostly sales job placements in good pharma companies are offered for freshers. There was a tie-up with a consultancy firm, and many aptitude tests were conducted for placements with pharmaceutical companies in the final year. Resumes were submitted to them with our area of interests highlighted.
Placements: Around ten pharmaceuticals companies visited our campus for placements. They offer various roles like a medical representative, research executive, supply chain trainee, etc. I had applied for the representative medical post in 3 companies and got selected in one for Mumbai location.
