It is a great learning institution equipped with wonderful staff and top-notch infrastructure.

Placements: There is a dedicated placement cell, which works on reaching out to the pharmaceutical company for hiring new graduates. About 60% of students are interested in working after completing their B. Pharma degree, and they were placed in good companies. Students were offered roles like a medical representative, medical writers, and sales representatives. The number of companies asked to participate in the hiring process at this college can definitely be improved. Even the salary package offered to s...

The college provided an excellent world-class education for pharmacy.

Placements: Placements in our college were quite good. Although it was the first year, there were about 4 companies who visited the campus for recruitment. Many students were placed. However, many students prefer for higher studies. Salaries offered were in the range of 1.5-2.5 LPA. Companies like Suddler Hennessey, TCS, WNS and Cognizant, and also research-based, medical writing, pharmacovigilance and clinical trials visited the campus for placements.

I am satisfied with learning the fundamentals of the pharma industry.

Placements: Most of the students applied for masters or management courses. Few got placed in sales and regulatory with decent salary packages. The highest salary package offered was up to 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 1.5 LPA. Faculty had good industry contacts, to place students for internship. Overall, college is better for learning and placement.

If you want to be disciplined enough about studies, join this college.

Placements: Placements for B.Pharmacy were quite rare during our time. Hardly any student was placed. But in the case of postgraduate courses, guides help the students to get good placements. During our batch, there were no placements, and many of the students opted for higher studies.

Great college. Excellent faculty. The fees can be reduced. Placement is just fine.

Placements: There is a placement cell. The companies that visit every year can be different. 10% of the class was placed. Most companies that came were for medical representative or sales. Very few companies came for technical positions. It also depends on your placement cell, they should approach better companies.

Placements: VESCOP always believes in helping and guiding its students during placement season. The placement cell works really hard to search for top companies from the industry for students to work in a friendly environment and portray their talent. The placement process is fair. Good college for studying B. Pharma.

Placements: The placements of the college are decent, not stellar. Few students got jobs in sales and e-pharmacies. A lot opted out of the process and found internships/jobs on their own. Many students went on to pursue further studies (For eg. : M. S. , M. Pharma, MBA)

Placements: The placements were fine. We have a placement cell in place. The professors in charge strive hard to get some good opportunities for the students. We had opportunities for companies like Rubicon, Merck and some patent start-ups. The starting packages for freshers are little less.

Review of Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Pharmacy.

Placements: Mostly sales job placements in good pharma companies are offered for freshers. There was a tie-up with a consultancy firm, and many aptitude tests were conducted for placements with pharmaceutical companies in the final year. Resumes were submitted to them with our area of interests highlighted.
