The facilities are average, and the services need Improvement.

Placements: The mass recruiter for our college is Accenture. According to the placement report of last year, the average salary package offered was around 4 LPA. Dream companies like Morgan Stanley, Nomura and JPMC, etc., have visited the college. Students need to score a CGPA of 6.75 without having any KT to apply for placements.

The review of VESIT Engineering College, Chembur.

Placements: The top company in our batch was Morgan Stanley with 12-16 LPA salary package, and it selected two students. The second highest was JPMorgan with 7.5 LPA salary package, and it hired a decent amount of students. Other than that the mass recruiters like Accenture, Capgemini, Atos, etc., were offering 3.5 LPA salary package.

Dissatisfied with the canteen, moderately happy with faculties and extremely satisfied with placemen

Placements: Placement cell is amazing, there are a lot of companies which comes for campus interviews and in between the academic years some professionals comes for guidance on how to get a good job. Companies like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, L&T, Cognizant and many more keep coming for placements. 90% students gets placed in an average with minimum package of 6.5 lacs per annum and a maximum of 25 lacs.

Place where the quality of food is better than quality of teaching.

Placements: The placements of the senior batches were very rigorous. Prominent companies that came were TCS, JP Morgan, Accenture of which Accenture had the maximum intake of 151 students. Also, according to some research that was done many students with even high pointers were eliminated from the process in either the Technical or the HR interview. The highest package that came out was 9 LPA. The college doesn't offer letterhead for internships during vacations until the date of the last exam is known. Th...

An above average Mumbai University college

Placements: Placements have dropped in the recent years due to the fact that some competing colleges have gone autonomous. Placement in non-dream companies are almost 100%. Companies like Nomura, IVP, etc. come for placements on the campus whereas JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley conduct Mumbai-level competitions.

Good reputation & placements.

Placements: The placements of the college are good. However, selected core instrumentation companies visit, but there are top IT companies which visit and take a good lot of students. Some IT companies like Accenture, Infosys, etc. and a few core companies like Technimount, Uhde India, etc. visit the campus.

The review of VESIT from a guy, who has been there for 4 years.

Placements: A lot of new companies have come to give us placements. The tpo and the team were successful in creating an ambient and co-operative atmosphere during the placements, which went very smoothly. Very helpful tpo and round-the-clock service from them.

Review of VES Institute of Technology.

Placements: Pretty steady placements for the computer department every year. Mass recruiters like Accenture and Capgemini come in as well. Most of the companies that come offer a CTA of less than 5lpa. The >5lpa companies include Morgan and Stanley, JP Morgan and Chase, Diebold, GE, Media.net and a few others.

Good exposure, placements and facilities.

Placements: The placements of my batch were very good. Dream companies like Morgan Stanley, JPMC, SAP etc give an excellent experience and package. Mass recruiters like Accenture, CapGemini etc also offer a decent package here. Students of the college are trained by conducting mock aptitude tests and interviews.

Average experience with a bit dull engineering environment.

Placements: Placements were good. Almost 95% of the class was placed. Lowest salary offered was around 2.5 LPA and the highest being 12 LPA. Different kind of roles like developer, tester and analyst were offered during placements. Percentage of internship was too low for the college as we didn't have many companies visiting the campus for internship recruitment.

The college is above average compared to other colleges in Mumbai.

Placements: Placements in our college were average. There were plenty of options for the high scoring students. But, there are only a few companies for placements for academically weak student. However, this was balanced out by the number of opportunities offered by a few companies. Handling of placements is pretty decent and very transparent.
