Placements: Many students got placed in giant companies. The package offered by the companies was 1.2 LPA to 4 LPA. Many giant companies visited for the campus placement and most of the students got placed in these companies. Most of them got placed in Management and HR field.
Placements: Around 40% of students get placements, but the value of packages is not really high it is on the moderate side. Accounting and software-related firms usually offer placements. The majority of the students got selected for the trial period as accounting and financial trainees. Mostly B.Com (Hons) economics Hons, and psychology Hons students get placement offers.
Placements: Placement was offered from very renowned companies but since I was pursuing CA so I didn't appeared for the same. NIIT was there and they have offered around 5 lacs per annum. Profiles that were offered to our batch was good and apt. Around 80% of the batch were offered placements out of those who were eligible and good enough for it.
Placements: The college provides various placement opportunities for the final year students who are about to complete their graduation. Companies like Infotech and Genpact visited the campus for recruitment. The recruitment procedure has given us good experience about facing such competitions.
Placements: Vivekananda College provides placements for students. It provides students with an opportunity to work right after the course or with further studies. Many students were offered internships with the stipend in lacs. It is useful because if a student gets an internship, they will be confident enough to work in their future.
Placements: Placements were good in the college. At least 7-8 companies visited for placements, but overall placement chances were less for students. There was a chance to get placed in reputed companies like Genpact, etc. which visited for placements and recruited students according to their vacancy.
Placements: Very good opportunities are provided to the students, to enhance and make their career. Big companies like EY visit our college to offer placements. They give a chance for students to make their career in MNCs. There is a very tough competition to crack the interviews. The salary package offered to placed students was very good.
Placements: The placements in government colleges are never up to the mark. But, Vivekananda College provides placements for more than a thousand students in the companies such as Genpact, Bajaj Capitals, etc., and also in various banks. Bank has recruited several students from the field of arts. The companies offered decent packages to the selected candidates.
Placements: The placements of our college are average but still the rate of the placements have improved a lot from past years. When our senior left, only few companies used to visit our college and there were no internships concept introduced in our college but now from past 2 -4 years, Internshala, Genpact and E&Y are visiting the campus.
Placements: The placements were not good in starting years. Not many companies visited our college due to the location of our college in different eastern side of Delhi. But later on few reputed companies started coming to our college for placements like Ernst and Young, Genpact, etc. And now the condition of placement is much improved.
Placements: The placement committee is a newly constituted committee of the staff Council with a vision to impart necessary career guidance, training and skill sets two students so they are able to find the right job. Every year college organisers career counselling in orientation sessions where in students who are interested in placements/internships/career guidance are encouraged to write industry relevant CV, participate in group discussions in personal interviews. Placements: We get the good placements. Infosys, Wipro, and HGS visit the campus. In our college, a lot of peoples got selected in the campus drive. In Infosys, ten students got people. In Wipro, seven got placed, and in HGS, 15 got placed. In my batch, almost all the students got placed on the campus. Even, my principal is getting more companies to the campus.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is active and supportive. This year, the companies like Air Information Tec and Genpact came for the placement drives and recruited 50% of the students on the campus. The salary package ranges between 1.2 to 3.5 lacs per annum. The job profiles like process associate and management head were given to the students. Overall, the placements on the campus are good.
Placements: The placement system of our college was very good. Many companies have come here, and students got selected with a good salary package and incentives. The college offered equal opportunity to all students without any partiality. Many students got placements in reputed companies like Genpact and Ernst & Young.
Placements: The companies like Genpact, Earnest and Young visited the college during my tenure. The average package varies from 1.5 to 3.5 lacs per annum. The college does not focus much on the internships. The students generally get those from online portals like internshala.com. The college does have a placement committee.
Placements: Since I haven't graduated, I don't know much about the placements. But I have reviewed the placement procedure, and I found out that considerable amount of companies do come to Vivekananda and 90% of students are placed. Since I am pursuing psychology, I would prefer a job after doing my M.A. Many companies come to recruit B.Com Hons students.
Placements: The placements were satisfying, and students were offered with great salary package. Customer care, BPO and hospitality kind of the roles were offered to the students and accounts as well. That was an amazing experience for us and our other mates as well. The minimum percentage to get an internship is 70%. You really have to study hard to make your career.
Placements: The students got the opportunity to work in the corporate sector and improve their skills with a stipend. Many applied, but only few could make their way towards it. It is not just that, but regularly they are given a chance to enhance and learn fully with many good internships in content writing also. The salary minimum offered is Rs. 10-20,000 per month for the students who are pursuing graduation with English as a major. Automobiles company, NGO’s, writers, theatre group and pearl academy. ...
Placements: The placement was good. Many reputed companies like EY conducted their placement drive on the campus. A separate placement committee was made by the teachers to handle all the placement activities. Proper guidance was provided to us.
Placements: There are placements available for all the courses. Every year, many students get placed from our college. In the last year also, 60% of the students got placed in good companies. There are the roles related to finance, accounting, script writing, audit and general, and many more to the students.
