Placements: Recruiting companies don't come to our college to offer any jobs and placements. It is just a bachelor's degree, so a master's degree is necessary for a better career or job. Most of the students from our batch are preparing for PCS and IAS as these courses provide a good base.
Placements: 70%-80% were placed. The highest package was 4 LPA and the lowest was 2LPA. Top recruiting companies are genpect, HCL, delloite. 50% or more got internship from our course in genpect, ernst and young, bajaj capital, yes bank, tour-ex, third sectors partners and many more.
Placements: The placement cell in our college is average. Only one or two companies like Genpact visit the campus every year. The package offered by companies was 1.5 LPA - 5 LPA. Only 5% of the students got placed, not more than that. The job profiles like process associates and management head are offered to students.
Placements: Placements are not that good, being an off-campus college you don't expect much. Only one to two companies visit our college to offer placements or jobs with odd timings, which are not suitable for girls. Placements in our college are just for the namesake. Hence, there is not much to be expected in placements.
Placements: Placements are not very good in this college. One of the main reasons for it is it is an off-campus college, so not many companies visit here for campus placements. For our batch, companies which visited here offered us jobs at call centres and even with timings from evening 5 pm to midnight at 12 pm-1 pm. The majority of students attend for placements, but later after knowing about job timings, almost 90% of them withdrew their names. The salary expected after graduation is obviously less, but ...
Placements: There are no placements in Vivekananda College (DU), Vivek Vihar. Usually, one or two companies visit here and hire only a few students. One of the reasons for it is that students are interested in further studies after graduating from B.Com (Hons).
Placements: The placement cell of our college is average. It's not that good as compared to the other Delhi University colleges. Only 5% of students are placed not more than that. Average package is around 1-2 Lacs only and the highest is around 4-5 Lacs. They can improve the placements of our college by giving more opportunities to the students and inviting good companies.
Placements: I haven't attended the college placement as my further goals were different. But from our seniors, I came to know that our college placements are not great. Top company that visited the college was EY. The salary packages offered were also not adequate. Mostly students from our course went for off-campus placements.
Placements: The college placement is not up to the mark if we compare its placement report with respect to the total number of students. Companies hardly came and many came after final semester got over. Many students including me were not able to grab the opportunity due to this as we were outstation students. I don't know about the current situation but if it is resolved then it's good.
Placements: I am graduated in B.A. (prog. ). The colleges authority provide many opportunities for the students to get internships, training helps in future. The students also participated in the seminars. They also participated in the innovation projects. The certificates helps in getting job in many company.
Placements: There is no placement for the B.A. student. There are some companies for the commerce background students like Genpact, Bajaj Finance, Earnst and Young, Yes Bank etc. Someone with good knowledge and skills can get a job there. There is also a placement cell to help students.
Placements: The placement rate in our course was not too good. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Companies like Genpact, Delloite, HCL, etc., were recruiting students from our course.
Placements: Companies like Ernst and Young and Genpact visited our college for providing job opportunities for students. EY offered the post of an assistant accountant with a salary package of 3.3 LPA. Genpact offered the post related to finance and back end with a salary of Rs. 15,000 per month.
Placements: Placements are not that good as compared to other colleges. The placement percentage is around 70-75%. The average package offered is approximately 5-6 LPA. The major recruiters are Genpact, Bajaj Capital, Yes Bank, Tour-Ex. The placement process of companies generally consists of three rounds those are pre-placement talk, group discussions and personal interview. The placement cell of college acts as a link between CPC and college students for placement related activities.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college, but it is not very active as it should be. However, once in a year, it surely conducts a seminar for us. The major recruiting companies in our college are Genpact, Wipro, etc. The average salary package offered is about 2 LPA. Hence the placement cell is quite average in our college.
Placements: It's hard to expect placements from this college. Hardly 3 to 4 students out of 2000 were offered placements with a package of 3 LPA to 4 lacs per annum. The same is the case for internships. It solely depends on the students to put efforts in fetching jobs or internships, and the college plays no role in that.
Placements: Placements were good for my batch and also my senior batch. Students who have the aggregate of above 55% in academics got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs.15,000 per month. Sunsilk and many other companies visited our campus for placements. Some companies offered the role of creative writing, and some others offered telecalling jobs.
Placements: Placements in this college are not very good. Placements are available only for commerce students and those too are not very good. Non-commerce students did not get placements. Companies that visited the college for placements did not offer good packages to freshers.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college which provides job opportunities to the students of the final year. Many companies visit our college and start their placement procedure to hire the students for their companies.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college. There were no placements for our course, i.e., B.A. programme, and neither our seniors got placements. My friends from the commerce department avail the opportunities provided by the placement cell. I can't recall the name of the companies that visited our college to offer placements.
