Placements: A large number of students get placed every year. The placement committee gives necessary information and guidance to the students so that they get the right job. Many companies visit our college for placements. Approximately, 70 students were selected last year. The average package was around 1.5 LPA.
Placements: In our batch (2015-2018), only 5% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 12,500 per month. Genpact visited our college. Students were offered jobs in the accounts department and business administration department. But, the college doesn't have any placement cell.
Placements: Three companies visited our college offering the highest salary package of 4 LPA and the lowest package offered is 1.8 LPA. Around 40% of students were placed. Companies like Genpact, AirInfotech, and Hexaview Technologies visited our campus. The college doesn't provide any internship opportunities. There is a placement cell, but it is active only when the companies visit the campus for placements.
Placements: The placement committee imparts necessary career guidance and skill set to students so that they can be able to find the right job. A large number of students get placed every year. Companies like Yes Bank, E&Y, Bajaj Capital, Genpact, etc., visited our college to offer placements. 100 students were shortlisted last year. The average package offered was around 2.5 LPA.
Placements: Our college provides better opportunities by inviting reputed companies like Genpact and Air Infotech which offers the average salary package of Rs. 10,000 per month. Faculty members try their best to include the students of other courses to avail this opportunity. This year, some students got placed through college placements. Companies provide internship facilities for students.
Placements: Overall, there are average opportunities for the students to get good placements in our college. Not well-reputed companies visited the college to hire the students of our batch and senior batch. The average salary offered by most of the companies was Rs. 10,000 per month. Only 2-3 companies visited our college for the placements of our batch.
Placements: The placements in Vivekananda college were good. Our college takes up the opportunity to call up good companies, but not all the students of DIAS can grab it. Moreover, there are no placements for UG courses currently, as the courses started are the latest. But the college is working for the placements of undergraduate students as well.
Placements: The placements of our college are excellent. The college has a separate cell to guide the students in every aspect. Companies that visit the college realise the potential of students. Mock interviews are also conducted for the benefit of students.
Placements: Placements are average, although there is a placement cell with a great team. The placement ratio in our batch is 30-40 %, and the same goes for our seniors batch or maybe a little more. Students have to be in contact with the members of the placement cell.
Placements: 65% students got placement s. 10 thousand per month was the lowest salary offered and 40 thousand was the highest salary offered. Approximately 11 companies ( including Vodafone, itel, vivo health insurance etc. ). Visited the college campus. 40% of students got internship from the college. The highest stipend was 15 thousand and the lowest stipend was 7 thousand.
Placements: The placements were not up to the mark as only two companies were invited, one is E&Y and the other is Genpact. E&Y took 4-5 students whereas Genpact conducted a pool campus drive. The college must approach more companies so that every student can get a chance to apply for their dream company.
Placements: The campus placement was rare in our college, but when there was a chance of placement, then Genpact visit the campus and offer us the job of calling and in the banking sector with the amount of Rs. 11,000 per month that too in Gurgaon in which they told us that you would have night shifts, that's it.
Placements: There are companies like Curl on, Policy bazar, Sharekhan, Hcl and many other good companies visited the college for the placements to the student. The highest package of last year in this college is around 3.5 LPA, and the lower will be around 1.5 LPA.
Placements: About 4-5 companies come to the college for placements. All of them were the good companies. Around five out of 25 students among the batch were selected for the post of accountant and assistant. The highest pay offered as per my knowledge was 3 LPA.
Placements: Placements were a point of attraction of our college. Same was with our senior batches as the placement cell called up many MNCs and guided us the way we should present ourselves. Though the ratio of selection was quite less, it was a great experience.
Placements: College gives the best opportunity for placement, and many reputable companies come to take the interview of students and gave the best opportunity for the bright future of the students. Genpact also comes to give the offer to students, and many of my friends were selected. So, we can say that this college gives the best opportunity for placement to students.
Placements: Since the college is off campus, there are not many companies that visit the college for the placements. However, there were a couple of companies that came. Since the faculty is very good for the course I got enrolled in, many of my seniors got placed in well-known companies like Times of India and got admission in colleges like Xavier's in Mumbai. I personally believe that being off campus should not limit the opportunities that students get. The teachers and the principal make great efforts i...
Placements: The placement opportunities provided are not satisfactory since not many renowned firms take participation, especially for literature students. So if you are hoping for direct campus placements, do try to look for other options though a few students from B.Com (Hons) were successful in bagging jobs.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. The average salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. Almost 20-30% of the students got placed. Companies like HCl, IDBI, Aaj Tak, NDTV, Tata, visited our campus for placements. They made proper arrangements, and training sessions were conducted before placements. The placement cell provided great help during and after the placement process.
Placements: Approximately 20-30% students were placed. Companies like Ernst and Young, Genpact and Dolphin International Pvt.Ltd visited the college campus. The roles offered were in the accounting department and the HR department. The salary offered was in the range of 1,80,000 to 2,50,000 PA. The college does not usually provide internships to the students. The students can themselves look for internships in the companies they prefer.
