Good college for academics you can join.
Placements: About 40% of students are placed in our college, and the highest package is 8 LPA while the lowest is 3 LPA. In my course, my seniors got about 4-5 LPA in good companies. VLSI companies also visit my college, and many of my seniors are placed. We also get internships by completing some tests. Overall, more than 40% of students are placed.
Infrastructure: Our faculties are very good and supportive. We have separate buildings for each domain, and each building has Wi-Fi facilities and labs. Our classrooms are very spacious, and the college environment is cool with lots of greenery. Regarding food in the mess and canteen, I'm not a hosteler, but my friends told me that the mess food is good, and the canteen food is also good and affordable. We also have many sports equipment options like football, chess, carrom, etc.
Faculty: Our teachers are the best because they are very supportive and talented. They will teach a topic again and again if we don't understand it. Since our college's question papers come from VTU University, the exams are different, but we can easily pass due to our college faculties' teaching. Our class pass percentage is 88%. In other domains, the teachers are also good.
Other: I chose EC because I am interested in VLSI, and there are good career opportunities in EC at our college. The things I wish to improve about my course are to provide more instruments for doing specific projects. Our college hosts many events—about 4-5 events occur in a year—and the campus is very spacious, with a playground as well.

Review of Vivekananda Institute of Technology.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our college. Companies that visited here are Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Wireforce and NESA. All IT companies are visiting our college to hire students. Almost 80-90% of the students got an internship through our college in private companies. A software developer is a top role offered here.
Infrastructure: Food facilities are very good, and they make different varieties of food, so we are able to eat different varieties of food every day. Classrooms are sufficient enough to accommodate 100 students at a time. Labs are also air-conditioned.
Faculty: All teachers are helping students whenever they need. Our college is good enough to understand the knowledge about the latest technology and mechanism. All teachers have knowledge about everything. The course is highly relevant, and all teachers are good and cooperative.
Other: All activities are conducted in our college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of poor placements.
Placements: Only 40% of students get placed in my college and that too in marketing companies. No technical companies were present for placement. Top roles offered were of Business Development. The highest Salary was 10 Lacs per annum. Average salary was 2 Lacs per annum and the lowest package was of 1 Lacs per annum, which was too low. Companies like Byjus, Daikin etc. Were there. 20% of students got internship from my college.
Infrastructure: 24/7 Wi-Fi facility is available for students. 3 big Libraries are present with a variety of books for every course. Various Labs for different courses are present. Hostel facility is available but costly as compared to the facilities given in the hostel. Mess food is of poor quality.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and make full efforts to teach the students. The faculty try to resolve all the problems of students regarding the subject. The teachers were qualified but their knowledge was not up to the mark. The course was outdated according to time.
Other: I choose Electronics and Communication branch in Engineering because it is less crowded compared to other branches. The course should be improved as it is very outdated. Campus is very big and various events happen in the whole year. Scholarship was provided based on merit and government scholarship is provided based on caste. Lot of extra curricular activities happen in the whole year.

I am dissatisfied with faculty and no placements.
Placements: Almost 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. L&T visited the campus for placements. System support engineer was the role offered to the students. The highest salary offered was Rs. 32,000 per month and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The college does not provide an internship.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college are good. Classrooms and labs were good, spacious and well-maintained. The library was huge, and almost all types of books were available. The hostel was good but not well-maintained. Food served in the mess was the worst. Medical facilities were not much good.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and needed, well-qualified, and have proper knowledge of the subject. Teaching quality was average and not much useful. They don't clear doubts of the students, and most of them prefer self-learning. They di not provide regular classes. The course curriculum was not useful and not relevant.

My college is specifically for studying. Issues with sudden notices of fee are there.
Placements: The placements are going good, and for the senior batch too, all the deserving students were placed. The highest salary offered is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest is 1.85 LPA. The companies that visited are Edureka, Zycus, Bell Technology and some BPOs. Roles specific to their domain and also non-tech jobs were available. There is a placement cell. They'll help you out in enormous possible ways, but for this, you have to take some efforts and ask them, and they'll let you about the present scenario, what type of job, need in the market and all.
Infrastructure: We have all the facilities except for very good sports as they mainly emphasise on your studies. Labs and classrooms are good. They are cleaned on a regular basis except for some of the labs which are not in regular use. The food in the canteen is good, but hostel's mess food is really very nasty in taste. Hostel rooms are good, but there are no attached washrooms.
Faculty: The teachers are very good and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is the one thing which is very good about our college. They provide you notes for every specific unit. Tutorial classes are there to resolve extra and any kind of issues related to studies. The student-faculty ratio is 60:1 for each subject.
Other: Events go on for the entire year. Conference, freshers, farewell are also conducted. The surroundings are very good. The crowd is somewhat not really very good for few of the branches. A scholarship is available depending upon your academic performance.
