The college has good infrastructure and lovely campus.
Placements: Good companies do visit our campus for placements including the big 4. If you are a good student, no one can stop you from getting placed with a good package. If you join this college, you have to make your own path to success and do not to depend on anyone. The average package offered is 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The electricity supply and Wi-Fi facilities are available for 24 hours. The campus has a basketball court, tennis court and a football ground. Indoor games facilities are also available. Gymnasiums are also available for students to work out. The campus is secured, and the PG students are free to go out for a walk on the campus at night. Overall, it's awesome. Winters are good in Bhubaneswar, and you see a lot of flowers all around the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are good at teaching their subjects. Some of them have very good field knowledge. It is important for a student to do homework on relevant topics every day. This will help them to gain comprehensive knowledge of the field they are about to get in.

Review of Xavier School of Sustainability, Xavier University.
Placements: Placements for this course are 100% nowadays, and our college plays a key role in providing placements. Xavier's School of Sustainability is one of the best colleges in India to make students turn into messengers of harmony and sustainability. Other than this, most of the seniors are working with reputed NGOs like Goonj, CRY and OMC.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs in our college are well-maintained. A basketball court, a separate tennis court, cricket ground, football ground, and a gym are available in the college. A wide range of books are available in our library. Quality of food served in the mess is very good. Hostel rooms don't have A/C facilities, but the ventilation and windows let in air and keep the temperature cool.
Faculty: I'm very happy for choosing this course in this college. All the faculty members are very supportive and well-knowledgeable about their subject. They believe in practical work than theories which I like the most. Our teachers come to the class with the motive of making us learn, feel, experience and then, apply all that we are taught in our daily lives.
Other: A few days ago, we had a 3-day fest named Xamboore where three superstars, Badhshaash along with Aashtha Gil and Rio visited our college to perform. Our college highly appreciates culture programs and always keep interest in organising events, sports, street plays, MUNs, quiz etc.

Good prospect for business sustainability
Placements: Good placements for rural management. The administration helps in placements for business management and human resource management, but sustainability management is facing problems. The student committee of Xavier School of Sustainability helps out. The average package is roughly around 6.5 LPA with the highest till now being 14 LPA and the fixed lowest of 4.8 LPA. The types of jobs were mainly marketing and sales, supply chain, finance, consulting, etc. The roles offered varied from a managerial trainee, assistant manager, manager to a junior assistant, consultant, etc.
Infrastructure: Amazing infrastructure with new buildings, a high-class gym, etc. There is a chapel too. Solar panels are connected all over. Good food stores and canteens. An awesome football field. State of the art architecture. 6 labs, 2 libraries open 24*7, in-house doctor available, and ambulance too. The food quality in the hostel canteen is a bit off but there are plenty of options on the campus. There are no mirrors in the rooms, and there is an absence of good salon nearby. The campus is 45 minutes from the main city. No other issues as such.
Faculty: Top faculty members from IITs, IIM, NEERI, TERI, etc. They're supportive and with sound knowledge. Sustainability management course has the most diverse course as it as a new department under Xavier School of Sustainability. Case studies, activities, field visits, research, etc. are done. The faculty to student ratio is roughly 1:25. The curriculum focusses on business sustainability by focussing on people, planet, and profit though embedding principles of economy, ecology, and environment.
Other: Overall, it is a very good university and has a good potential to grow. The new departments that are coming up have an immense market potential for the students. Placements keep varying yearly. Over 60% are local students. The campus is a bit far off from the main city but that is what gives it beauty. Transportation from the university to the city can be expensive.
