XLRI Jamshedpur Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a full-time residential course. The duration of the programme is four years and a one-year Ex-FPM course at the doctoral level is also available. Some of the important highlights related to XLRI FPM admission are given below:

XLRI Jamshedpur FPM admission is based on candidates' performance in the XAT entrance exam. Apart from this, XLRI also accepts UGC-JRF/NET/GMAT/GRE/GATE national-level entrance exams. FPM follows two stages throughout its course tenure. In the first stage, candidates need to meet the course requirements over the first two years and they are given enough exposure in the Management area. Further to this, they are prepared for the thesis work in the second stage.

Candidates seeking admission to Xavier School of Management must apply through XAT. The step-wise application process is given below:
Step 1.1: Visit www.xatonline.in and click on “Register“ and fill in your basic details such as Name, Email Id, contact details and set
password.
Step 1.2: Verify your email by clicking on the link and proceed to complete the application procedure.
Step 1.3: Upload the required documents and hit the 'submit' button.
Step 1.4: Pay the application fee of INR 2,000 and INR 200 each for every additional programme of XLRI and download the application form for future use.
Step 2: Shortlisting of Candidates for GD & PI
Based on the information available in the application form and XAT scores, XLRI will shortlist the candidates for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview round.
