DEED Counseling 2025 - The DJ Academy of Design, Coimbatore will conduct the counseling process for DEED 2025 soon after the results are declared.
The institute will release the counseling schedule on its admission portal. Candidates who have qualified in the DEED 2025 exam can participate in the counseling process. The candidate can check their qualifying status in DEED 2025 results.
DEED 2025 counseling will be conducted online.
The counseling process will include the release of a shortlist that will include the names of candidates selected for admission. Candidates who are included in the shortlist will have to pay the seat-acceptance fee and confirm their admission.
At the time of counseling, shortlisted candidates have to bring their documents in original and get them verified.
The allotment of seats will be based on the DEED 2025 merit rank of the candidate.
Release of DEED Merit List 2025
The merit list-cum-seat allotment of DEED 2025 will be done based on the performance of the candidate in the written exam and personal interview. The merit list will be released online at the admission portal of the institute and can be downloaded by entering one's log-in credentials.
Candidates who are included in the merit list will have to pay the admission fee within the given deadline and confirm their seats. If the payment is not made, the allotment will be canceled and allocated to the candidate next in the order of merit.

How to Check DEED Merit List 2025
In order to view the merit list, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website - https://djad.in/
Step 2: Click on the 'PI result' tab
Step 3: Fill in your login credentials i.e. DJAD ID / EMAIL ID and Password
Step 4: The list will be displayed
Step 5: You can now check if you have been shortlisted or not
Note: The merit list of provisionally selected candidates will include information such as the candidate's name and roll number, category, and program name. Shortlisted candidates must confirm their acceptance by paying the appropriate amount within the deadline. Candidates who fail to pay the admission fee by the deadline risk losing their admission claim.
DJ Academy of Design conducts DEED counseling to provide admission to candidates in Design courses offered at its Coimbatore campus. Courses offered at the DJAD campus include BDes and MDes course in Industrial Design (IND) and Communication Design (CND) streams. The merit list is prepared by DJAD authorities based on candidates' performance in the online interview as well as marks obtained in class 12 for BDes and Undergraduate course for MDes.

BDes Course Fee
The required installments of the BDes course fee must be deposited within the prescribed date. Penalty will be charged for late payments. Also, fees are to be paid only in online mode.

In case the draft key is released, it will contain details like the answer key code for each question.

Also, with no answer keys being released, their will be no option to challenge it as well.
The exam officice will directly release the exam results on its admission portal. You can check your results by logging into the result portal.

No, the candidate is not allowed to carry electronic gadgets inside the exam hall.
Any candidate who is found in possession of such items may be disqualified.
So, don’t carry such items inside the exam hall. Follow the guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.

Yes, you need to bring a valid photo ID proof on exam day. Without the ID, the candidate will not be allowed inside the exam hall.
The id proof must be displayed when the invigilator asks for it.
