IIT Kharagpur creates free JEE preparation module, available online now

For JEE aspirants, IIT Kharagpur has created a preparatory module for free on the National Digital Library of India platform. This IIT Kharagpur module for Joint Entrance Examination or JEE preparation is expected to satisfy students' need for adequate online resources and e-learning materials to continue with their preparation. In the latest announcement, JEE Main and NEET UG have been deferred till the last week of May 2020. The Government of India has requested students to prepare further for these examinations during COVID-19 lockdown. For accessing the JEE preparation module from IIT Kharagpur, students can visit the NDLI website ndl.gov.in/ or ndl.iitkgp.ac.in or log on to the NDLI mobile application.

A distinct module titled 'Corona Outbreak: Study from Home' has been added to the website which consists of a wide range of digital content including those preparing for competitive examinations such as JEE Advanced. The source comprises NDLI tutorial for JEE advanced for 12 years and practice questions and solutions for JEE preparation. Content for JEE Mains for 5 years is likely to be made available soon.  

According to Prof Partha Pratim Das, Joint-Principal Investigator of NDLI, the solutions had been chalked out from the viewpoint of undergraduate students who have cleared JEE as well as subject matter experts and doctoral students in concerned areas. Therefore, the solutions are varied and students can choose for their selected methods. Moreover, they have offered reference materials for related problems, so students can look out for further topics. Students can search the school option as a part of the Corona Outbreak module or search by pertinent keywords. The developers endorse registering on the portal for a better user experience. However, the resources are available without any limitations.
