JoSAA 2021 round-1 seat allotment: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has declared the round-1 seat allotment result today at josaa.nic.in. Read below to get the direct link.

JoSAA 2021 Round-1 Seat Allotment Result has been released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) on October 28 on the official website josaa.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check it by logging into the official site.

JoSAA Round-1 Seat Allotment 2021: Steps to Check

Students need to follow the below-given steps to download the provisional seat allotment letter:

• Visit the official website: josaa.nic.in
• On the Homepage, click on the link that reads, “Round 1 Seat Allotment results”
• Enter the required credentials to log in
• JoSAA round-1 seat allotment will be displayed on your screen
• Download and take a print of the same for future references

If the students are satisfied with the seat allocated in any of the JoSAA seat allotment rounds, they must immediately proceed with fee payment, document verification and online reporting. It will be conducted from October 27 to 30, 2021.

Before this, two rounds of Mock Seat Allocation were also conducted by JoSAA for candidates to understand the process of allotment and also alter their choices of colleges and courses according to their ranks. Candidates must not miss the last dates of seat allotments otherwise their seats will automatically be cancelled.

JoSAA 2021 counselling is underway for admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. There will be a total of six rounds of JoSAA seat allotment.  JoSAA Counselling 2021 registration and choice filling process was conducted from October 16 to 25. JoSAA round-1 seat allotment result is the final one for candidates looking for admissions to the aforementioned institutions.
