National Testing Agency (NTA) has developed a mobile app to enable candidates practice mock tests for JEE Main, UGC NET, NEET and CMAT exams. The mobile app, named as NTA Student, also helps candidates choose Test Practice Centres (TPCs).

Along with the mock tests, the model of the exams are also available on the app. In the test, candidates need to answer about 50 questions in a duration of one hour. After the exam is over, candidates can also self-evaluate their mock test/ model paper.

All candidates who wish to take UGC NET, JEE Main, NEET or CMAT mock test on their mobile can download NTA Student app from Google Play Store. Thereafter, candidates can register on the app and start with their mock test. It may be noted that mock tests are completely free of cost for candidates. Also, candidates have the option of choosing five suitable TPCs on the app in case they wish to take UGC NET mock test at the centre.

UGC NET 2018 is scheduled to be conducted by NTA from December 9 – 23 at about 261 cities across India. Also, JEE Main 2019 is scheduled to be conducted by the agency from January 6 – 20. Both the exams will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) format for the first time. Therefore, in order to acquaint candidates with the CBT format of the exams, NTA has introduced mock test facility for candidates. A total of 3404 TPCs with 2.7 lakh computers have been made available for candidates for the purpose.

Currently, UGC NET 2018 application process is underway. All candidates who wish to appear for the exam can fill UGC NET application form latest by September 30, 2018.
