Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology mentions the KIITEE 2025 eligibility criteria in the official notification. The criteria comprise age, educational qualifications, etc. To be eligible for KIITEE 2025 B.Tech courses, candidates must have cleared Class 12th with at least 45% - 60% marks from a recognised institute or college. On the other hand, all candidates who possess a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% - 60% marks are eligible to apply for PG courses on offer at KIIT University and its constituent schools/ colleges. Applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the KIITEE application form. The eligibility criteria varies depending on the courses. Candidates are advised to remember the following points while filling out the KIITEE application form 2025. 

• Candidates must have a good internet connection to proceed with the application form. 
• They must keep all the details ready. 
• Provide the correct e-mail ID, mobile number, and communication address. KIIT University will contact you regarding the examination using the shared contact details. 
• The candidate's name, date of birth, and father’s name should be entered exactly as mentioned in the candidate’s Class 10th certificate.

While submitting the KIITEE application form 2025, candidates must upload specific documents as mentioned by the conducting body. Here are the following documents that are required while filling out the application form -

• A recent passport-sized photograph of not more than 50 Kb must be scanned and uploaded in JPG format. 
• A scanned copy of the signature is in JPG format. The size of the signature must not be more than 50 Kb. 
• Class 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets must be uploaded in JPG format and must not exceed 1 MB.

For the KIITEE 2025 exam, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology provides the document upload facility separately by re-logging into the application portal. Therefore, candidates who cannot upload their documents at the time of filling out the application form can do so later by following the steps mentioned below:

• Click on Re-Login/ Upload Documents link 
• Enter the application number and date of birth in the required fields 
• Upload the necessary documents as per the specifications. 

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology started the Phase I KIITEE 2025 application form on November 10, 2024. The last date to submit the application form is April 8, 2025. Candidates can check the steps below on how to fill out the KIITEE registration form -

Step-I

• Visit the official website  of KIITEE - kiitee.kiit.ac.in
• Click on the application form link
• The registration page will be displayed on the screen. 

 

Step-II 

• Candidates registered can log in using their KIITEE 2025 application number and password.
• Candidates who are new to the KIITEE 2025 registration must click on the "New Candidate Registration"
• At the time of "New Registration", candidates have to provide the following details -
  • First name
  • Middle name
  • Last name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • E-mail ID
  • Aadhar card
  • Create password
  • Confirm password
  • Captcha

Step-III

Once the registration is completed, the KIITEE 2025 application number will be displayed on the screen, followed by the personal and educational qualifications status and document details. In this stage, the candidate must verify their mobile number. For verification, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. 

Step- IV (Personal Details)

After verifying the contact details, candidates can proceed to fill out the rest of the details. The following details must be provided by the candidates -

Step V - (Educational Details)

After submitting their details, candidates must provide their educational details, which include the following: Applicants must select the course they want to apply for and then click on submit.

Once you hit the "submit" option, a screen with instructions and a document list will appear. Review all the details carefully and then fill out the KIITEE application form. In the educational qualification section, candidates have to provide the following details -

• Exam centre preferences (City 1 and City 2)
• Choice of specialisation for the specific course
• Qualification
• Qualifying Exam Status
• Percentage marks in aggregate
• Year of passing
• Class Xth Board Roll Number
• Class Xth Board Name 
• Class Xth (passing year)

After entering all the details, click to proceed to the next step. 

Step- VI Uploading of Documents

This is the final stage of the KIITEE 2025 application form. In this stage, candidates have to upload the following documents as per the specifications -

• Color photograph in JPG or JPEG format with a size not more than 50KB
• Signature in JPG or JPEG format with a size not more than 50 KB.
• Class Xth mark sheets in JPG or JPEG format, with a size of not more than 1 MB

Once all documents are uploaded, submit the application form and take a printout of the form for future purposes. 

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will release the KIITEE application form on the official website. After submitting the application form, candidates can check their KIITEE 2025 application form status. Applicants are required to enter their application number and date of birth to check their KIIT application form status. • Click on the KIIT application form status link. 
• Enter the application number and date of birth in the required fields. 
• The form status will be available on the screen.

Once the KIITEE registration process is over, candidates are advised to retain the following documents to avoid any hassle at a later stage of the exam: 

Print out the duly filled KIITEE application form. This document is important so that candidates have proof of KIITEE 2025 registration in case of technical glitches. 

Passport-size photographs: Candidates should preserve at least two to three photographs used in the application form for future correspondence. The picture must be the same, uploaded during the registration process.

KIITEE admit card: Once the application process is over, candidates can download the KIITEE admit card 2025 from the official website. Candidates must preserve the KIITEE admit card till the admission process ends. 

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will release the KIITEE 2025 admit card online at the official website. Successful registered candidates can download the KIITEE admit card at kiitee.kiit.ac.in. Candidates are required to provide their application number and date of birth to download the KIITEE 2025 hall ticket. Applicants appearing in the exam have to carry their KIITEE admit card 2025 along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. The authorities release the KIIT admit card separately for all the phases of examination.
