The exam pattern is a major aspect for the candidates to understand before preparing. The SITEEE exam pattern provides a transparent idea about the exam structure and pattern. Through the SITEEE exam pattern, candidates will come to know the duration of the exam, mode, marking scheme, type of questions, and total number of questions asked in the exam. There are three sections in the SITEEE exam: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The duration of the SITEEE examination is 60 minutes, which is one hour. The exam authority will not allow any extra time for any candidate to answer the questions. So, in the allotted time span, the candidate has to complete the exam paper. Also, from the Physics and Chemistry sections, 15 questions will be asked, and from the Mathematics section, 30 questions.

SITEEE 2025 Application form

Candidates who are aspiring to join B.Tech. programmes offered by institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) need to appear for the common yet mandatory Computer Based Test (CBT). SITEEE will be conducted online and will have three sections: - Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The SITEEE was earlier known as SET. The duration of the SITEEE online exam is one hour, or 60 minutes. Each question in SITEEE will carry two marks. The exam will be held across several test cities in India.

Candidates appearing for SITEEE exam day must be careful about certain instructions as mentioned below:

• Download the admit card and take the coloured printout. If candidate has selected for multiple tests, (s)he should carry separate Admit Cards for each test.
• Check the test centre, name and timings beforehand. 
• No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card and a valid photo ID card.
• Please ensure that candidates the latest passport size, colour photograph is pasted on the Admit Card at the
  place provided for before appearing for the test. (Candidates photograph should not be more than 3 months
  old).
• Soft copy of identity proof will not be accepted.
• An authorized person will verify and authenticate a candidate's Admit Card against the photo-id on the day of the
  test. It is important to preserve this authenticated Admit Card for further PI-WAT or ST-PI processes.
• Candidates should note that an Authenticated Admit Card is a crucial document without which the candidate will not be permitted to appear for further selection processes of SIU.
• Cell phones, calculators, watch calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built in calculators/ memory
  or any electronic or smart devices are not allowed in the test hall.
• Candidates will not be allowed to leave the test hall till the test is completed. After submission of the test,
  candidate will not be allowed to re-enter the test hall.

Apart from this, candidates should carefully read the exam taking instructions that the exam authority has provided on the admit card.

Yes, candidates should preserve their admit card even after the exam is concluded until the admission process is complete. The admit card serves as a proof of verification for the counselling committee for granting admission. The admit card is a crucial document that contains important information including the candidate's roll number, exam center details, and exam date and time. It also acts as a proof of the candidate's registration for the exam. 

Candidates will be able to download the SITEEE admit card from the official website at set-test.org. To download the SITEEE admit card, candidates required a login ID and password. Candidates who will successfully submit the application form will be eligible to download the SITEEE admit card. Candidates will be able to download their admit card online, as university officials will not send the hard copy to candidates' postal and email addresses.
