HPSC HCS Application Form 2022: See Steps to apply Online

The HCS Application 2021 was activated on March 3 and the last date to apply for the HCS exam 2021 was April 2, 2021. The candidates applied online for the HCS exam 2021 in the following manner.

For First-Time Applicants:

Step 1. Go to the official website of HPSC – www.hpsc.gov.in

Step 2. Click on the Advertisement Tab given at the top navigation bar, a new window will appear

Step 3. Click on the ‘apply online’ link given against the HCS (Ex.Br.) and Allied Services Examination 2022

Step 4. A new window will appear for the HCS 2022 Application. Click on the New Registration button on the right-hand side.

Step 5. The candidates will be asked to fill in personal details, mobile number and email id. Click on the Generate OTP button.

Step 6. Validate the OTP sent to the mobile number

Step 7. After validating, read the declaration and click on the check box given for the declaration.

Step 8. Enter the captcha code given and press submit

Step 9. A registration number will be provided to the candidate. Please take a screenshot or note down the registration number.

Step 10. The candidate will receive an application number and password on the registered mobile number and email id.

Step 11. The candidate will be shown a page containing his or her details. Check all the details and click on the Application Form link given at the top of this page.

Step 12. The candidate needs to fill in various personal details, category and domicile details.

Step 13. Click on the Save and Next button, given at the bottom after filling in the details

Step 14. The candidates will be directed to the Qualification details page. The candidate needs to fill in the qualification details as asked in the form. The candidate needs to fill the optional subject for the main exam here. The service preference option given here will be activated after the HPSC 2022 prelims result.

Step 15. The candidates need to fill all the details about their matriculation, intermediate, graduation, post-graduation and other professional degree/courses. After filling the details, press the Save and next button.

Step 16. After filling the details, the candidates need to upload the scanned image of the photo and signature. The image size for the photo is 80 -200 kb. The image size for the signature is 50-200 kb. The rest of the options on the page will be activated after the HCS prelims 2022.

Step 17. Read the declaration and check at all the boxes. Input the captcha code, check the ‘I Agree’ check box and press submit. A message will appear that the ‘HCS 2022 Application’ was submitted successfully.

Step 18. Take the printout of the HCS 2022 application, sign the HCS 2022 Application form and upload the application form at the place.

Step 19. The candidate needs to pay the HCS 2022 Application fee (as per the category) after uploading the application form. The application fee can be submitted online through Debit card, Credit card and online banking.

Step 20. After completing all the above formalities, the candidates need to check the ‘I Agree’ check box and press the submit button.

For the already registered candidates

The candidate can log in with the login. id or Application Number and password and follow the above procedure.

The HPSC HCS notification will be released online in the next three months. The candidates can see here the tentative HPSC HCS 2022 exam application dates.

The candidates should be ready with the scanned image of the recent passport size photograph and the signature. The size and format of the images are given below.

The candidates should read and understand all the eligibility conditions given in the HCS 2021 notification. The candidates must ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria because in case any of the eligibility criteria is not met, the candidature can be cancelled at any time even after the selection of the candidate.

The Application fee of the candidate will not be refunded if the candidate do not appear in the HCS Prelims Exam.
