MP Patwari Application Form 2025: Check Registration Link & How to Apply

The MP Patwari application process is divided into two parts: I) Profiling of the candidates and II) Registration for the exam. The candidates can follow the steps given below to apply online for the MP Patwari exam:

Part 1: Profiling of the candidates:

• Go to the official website 
• Click on the online form tab

• Click on the candidates' profiling link available on the page

• Click on the profile registration form link available on the screen 

• Fill out the mobile number and email ID 
• Enter the captcha code available on 
• Click on Get OTP
• Fill out the OTP sent to the registered mobile number 
• Fill out the profile ID and Password generated by MPonline
• Fill out the Adhaar and E KYC details
• Fill out the personal and educational details
• Submit the MP Patwari profiling form

Part 2: MP Patwari Form Filling 

• Click on the online form tab on the official website 
• Click on the MP Patwari online form link 
• The login window will appear on the screen

• Fill out the username and password 
• Enter the captcha code 
• Click on the login button
• Fill out the centre details and other details asked in the form 
• Submit the MP Patwari application form 
• Pay the application fee
• Download and save the application form & payment receipt for the future use

The candidates can correct their MP Patwari online application form within a specific date range provided by the MPESB. The application correction window is activated after the closing of the registration window. The steps to make online corrections in the MP Patwari application are given below:

• Go to the official website 
• Click on the online form tab
• Click on the MP Patwari form correction link 
• Log in to the registered account using the registration number and password
• Make corrections in the MP Patwari application form 
• Save the details 
• Submit the application form

To avoid any inconvenience at the time of MP Patwari registrations, candidates are advised to keep the following documents/information ready beforehand.

• Board/University certificate
• Ration card/Passport number/Aadhaar card number/Voter ID card number/other Government ID
• Qualifying degree certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate (if applicable)
• A person with Disability (PwD) certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned images of photo and signature in JPG format (file size of photo: 10 kb to 200 kb, the file size of signature: 4 kb to 30 kb)
• A valid email ID and mobile number
• Permanent and correspondence address with pin code
• Four exam cities in order of preference
• Code of post-graduation course (available in information brochure)

The candidates must know the important points before applying for the MP Patwari exam:

• Candidates can submit the application form online on the official website of the exam only. MP Patwari applications submitted in any other mode will not be accepted
• Candidates can submit only one application form
• Candidates must enter their email ID and mobile number in the application form correctly as MPESB will do all the important communication regarding the exam through email or SMS

All four steps of the application process (registration, application form filling, uploading of photo and signature, and application fee payment) can be done together or at separate times 

• Candidates do not need to upload any document other than a scanned photo and signature in the application form
• In case, the confirmation page is not generated after the payment of the application fee, this means that the transaction has been canceled. The amount will be refunded to the candidate’s account in such cases. However, the candidate has to make another transaction of fee payment
• Candidates must retain the printed copies of the confirmation page for future reference
• Since the entire MP Patwari application process is online, candidates do not need to send any document through post/fax/by hand/email to MPESB
