RPSC RAS exam pattern has been revised last year. The RPSC is conducting the RAS exam 2021 based on the new exam pattern. The exam pattern was drastically changed or we can say reformed fully. The RPSC RAS main exam pattern was changed by the commission to broaden and include various diverse topics in the syllabus for the exam. RPSC RAS main exam pattern was changed completely and now there will be four subjective papers. RPSC released the structure of the paper so that the candidates can understand the nature of questions and stick to the word limit given by the Commission.

RPSC RAS exam is conducted in three stages – Preliminary, Main and Interview/ Personality Test. Given below is the detailed RPSC RAS exam pattern for each stage.

RPSC RAS Preliminary Exam Pattern

The RPSC RAS Pre exam is a screening test that contains objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 200 marks. A screening test basically means that marks obtained by candidates in the preliminary exam are not counted at the time of preparation of the final RPSC RAS exam merit list. The preliminary exam is the first filter of the RPSC RAS Exam.
