SBI PO 2024-25 application form was released on December 27, 2024. The last date to fill the application form is January 16, 2025. The application form was released online after the notification is published. Interested candidates need to fill the application form online. The application process comprised several steps such as registration, uploading of scanned photograph & signature, filling the detailed application form, previewing the application form and paying the application fees. SBI PO application form 2024 cannot be submitted offline. Candidates need to fill the application form online only. SBI does not provide separate window to edit SBI PO application form. Candidates can edit the details entered in the application form within the prescribed application deadline. Request for change/correction in the data entered in the SBI PO application form is not entertained after it is finally submitted. Candidates can make changes to the application form before its final submission. Editing of SBI PO application form is allowed only thrice. Candidates need to fill SBI PO application form online. Yes, you can withdraw SBI PO application form 2024-25. This year the examination authority has provided the facility to withdraw SBI PO application form. Candidates who are not willing to appear for the exam can withdraw the same.

In the event of candidates not being able to fill the SBI PO application form data in one go, they can save the data already entered by using the 'Save' button. Candidates need to login with their required credentials to complete the application process. After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking. While filling SBI PO application form, candidates need to upload documents such as scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. The specifications for uploading the documents are given below:

Photograph

• Dimension of the photograph should be 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
• Size of file should be between 20kb-50 kb
• Candidates must ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning

Signature

• Dimension of the signature should be 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
• Size of file should be between 10kb to 20kb
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb
• Signature in Capital Letters is not accepted

Left Thumb Impression

• The file type of the left thumb impression should be in jpg/jpeg format
• The dimension of the left thumb impression should be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 3 cm x 3 cm (Width x Height)
• The file size should be 20 kb-50 kb

Handwritten Declaration

• The handwritten declaration should be written in English on a white paper with black ink
• The file type should be in jpg/jpeg
  The dimension should be 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10 cm x 5 cm (Width x Height)
• The file size should be 50 kb-100 kb
• The handwritten declaration in capital letters is not accepted

The handwritten declaration should be in English. The file should be in dimension of 800 x 400 pixels and the file size should be 50 kb to 100 kb. At times due to poor internet connectivity SBI PO application form page takes time to load. Therefore, if you are not able to get the pages for registration immediately, please retry after a gap of 15 minutes or during off-peak hours in the night.

After successful registration, the registration number and password are displayed. Candidates are advised to note down the same carefully and preserve it. If you do not preserve it, you will not be able to Re-Print the Application and download
the Call Letter, results etc.

It is not necessary to secure 60 per cent in graduation inorder to be eligible for SBI PO exam. For the SBI PO eligibility percentage, candidates with less than 60% in their graduation are also eligible to take the SBI PO exam. The State Bank of India prescribes no minimum percentage in Graduation for the SBI Probationary Officer (PO) exam. Candidates must be graduates of any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the final year/semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination.

To be eligible for SBI PO exam, candidates must be a graduate. Those who have only passed Class 12 are not eligible to apply for the exam. The age limit for SBI PO exam is  21 and 30 years. Candidates must check the eligibility before applying for SBI PO exam.

To be eligible for SBI PO exam, candidates must be a graduate. The marks of Class 12 are not taken into consideration. The educational qualification prescribed for the exam is graduation. The selection process of SBI PO comprises prelims exam, Mains exam and group exercises and interview. The final selection of candidates is done based on the Mains exam and group exercises and interview. 

The registration number and password are sent by auto-response Confirmation emails. Delivery of these emails purely depends upon the correctness of E-Mail ID provided, Policy of your E-Mail Service Provider to accept and Divert such emails under Bulk or Spam Mails or bounce back such mails without accepting it due to heavy number of emails generated by our Applications. While writing any problem related to SBI PO application form, candidates should not forget to write the registration number,   mobile number and email ID. In case of application failure or any error message, the examination authority will require the screenshot of the error in JPG, GIF format or as MS Word file. The prelims exam of SBI PO is conducted in four shifts while the Mains exam is conducted in two shifts. SBI PO prelims shift timings are 9 AM to 10 AM, 11.30 am to 12.30 pm, 2 pm to 3 pm and 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. SBI PO Mains exam timings are 2 pm to 3 pm and 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Yes, candidates are required to choose their preferred exam city while filling SBI PO application form. While filling the application form, candidates can select only one exam centre each for the prelims and Mains exams. Candidates are allotted exam centre as per the choices entered by them. The details regarding the exam centres are mentioned on the admit card. The steps to select the IBPS PO exam centres are given below:

Candidates can choose one SBI PO exam city each for prelims and Mains exams. Candidates are required to enter their preferences of exam cities during application. There is no provision to change SBI PO test centre after the final submission of the application form. The Mains exam of SBI PO is conducted in around 70 cities. The Mains exam comprises objective-type and descriptive-type questions. Total marks allotted to the test are 250.
