TS POLYCET Counselling 2025: Registration, Choice Filling, Document Verification, Seat Allotment

The State Board of Technical Education and Training will release the TS POLCET cutoff at the official website. TS POLYCET cutoff mark means the minimum marks needed to pass the exam and get place in the TS POLYCET rank list.

The counselling will be held in 3 rounds that will have the first phase, final phase and the spot round. The TS POLYCET counselling procedure for admission is held for all qualified candidates. Once the TS POLYCET certificate verification process is completed, the Login Id will be sent to the candidates registered Mobile Number. Take the printout of Manual Option Entry Form from the website. Candidates are recommended to consult their guardians / parents and prepare Manual Option Entry Form as per their preference duly writing institution code, branch code and district code. This is for the convenience of the candidates and to avoid mistake and save time while entering web options. Refer the Manual Option Entry Form prepared by you and enter the options in the website. Candidates are advise to exercise options carefully in the order of priority. The order of priority of options is the important criteria in securing the seat. Candidates must practice as amny options as possible to secure their most preferred seats. Candidate can exercise and modify the options any number of times within the scheduled date. Finally, candidates must take sprint out of the options saved for preference.

The last date to register for the TS POLYCET counselling will be notified along with the official notification. TS POLYCET counselling is held online. Admission is made based on options exercised by the candidates. Details of the web-based allotment program are made available online on the official website. Note that the candidates have to appear for the online counselling process conducted by SBTET for admission to the Courses offered by SBTET. The counselling and admission to SKLTSHU, PVNRTVU, and PJTSAU will be conducted separately by the universities.

The counseling fees for TS POLYCET is INR 600 for the OC/BC candidates and INR 300 or the SC/ST candidates. The TS POLYCET counseling procedure for admission is held for all qualified candidates. Candidates of all categories (OC/EWS/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY), have to book their slots (Selection of Help Line Centre, Date & Time) to attend certificate verification at the nearest or convenient Help Line Centre (HLC) within the scheduled date. To book the slots candidates have to login into the portals and select the lik for slots booking for the certificate verification process. Without payment of the Processing Fee and Slots Booking, the candidate is not permitted to attend for Certificate Verification. The candidate shall be permitted to attend for Certificate Verification only at the Help Line Centre (HLC) on the date and time of slots booked only, as per the schedule.

The documents needed for the TS POLYCET counselling process are as follows:

• Aadhar Card
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo
• Class IV to X Study Certificates
• Transfers Certificate (T.C)
• Income Certificate issue on or after 01-01-2023 by the competent authority, if applicable
• Caste Certificate issue by the competent authority, if applicable
• Residence Certificate or Employers Certificate

To pay the TS POLYCET counseling processing fees, visit the official website and click on the link “PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE”. Next, register by entering  ICR Number given on TS POLYCET Hall Ticket, Date of Birth as mentioned in the SSC Marks Memo, and SSC Hall Ticket Number. The Basic Information Form is displayed, candidates have to fill in the details regarding Aadhar, Mobile Number and Email Address. Also fill the details of the Caste Certificate and Income Certificate application Number issued by MeeSeva, if applicable. Next, update the information and pay the Processing Fee of INR 300 (for SC/ST) and INR 600 (for others) through online payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking)/T- Wallet.
