NCHM MSc JEE 2025 Counselling: Seat Allotment, Choice Filling and Locking

The counselling process for MSc in Hospitality Administration is been conducted as under:

Counselling Registration - The candidates who have been shortlisted as per the merit list and list of eligible candidates for direct admission have to visit the official website and register for counselling. They need to pay INR 2,000 as a one time registration fee. The candidates who register for counselling will be given a chance to mark their preferences from the participating institutes. The candidates have to mark their choices and submit the same online only. 

Allotment List Publication - The counselling authority will publish allotment list as per the preferences marked by the candidates, and availability of seats. The allotment list will be published on the official website along with instructions to be followed to confirm admission in the next step. 

Seat Allotment and Confirmation -  Candidates who get their preferred Institute have to confirm their seat allotment by payment of fee INR 20,000 before the specified date. They also need to get their documents verified after the fee payment. Those who did not get their preferred seat or missed participating in the counselling round, can register for the next round of seat allotment. Candidates will also be given an option for withdrawal if they do not want to accept their allotted college or wish to upgrade their option. A list of vacant seats will be published at the end of the seat confirmation process, and before announcing the next round of seat allotment. 

There will be four rounds of seat allotment process before the admission is closed. After the final round, candidates will be required to report their allotted colleges as per the schedule. 

The exam authority will publish two All India merit list based on marks and ranks obtained in the entrance exam, NCHM MSc JEE 2025. If there are ties in marks and ranks of two or more candidates, then it will be resolved as under: 

1. Candidate’s graduation year will be considered (oldest first)
2. In case of further ties, Percentage obtained in the graduation examination will be considered (Highest first) 
3. If even after this tie exists, then date of birth will be considered (Older first)

The seat reservation criteria for NCHM MSc JEE 2025 participating institutes will be as under: 

Reservation for Kashmiri Migrant candidates will be notified at the time of NCHM MSc JEE Counselling 2025. There will be a 5% horizontal reservation in each category for PwD candidates.
