The State Council of Higher Education, Andhra Pradesh (APSCHE) has extended the last date of application for AP Law Common Entrance Test (LAWCET) 2020 and, AP Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (AP PGLCET) 2020. Candidates can now apply for the law entrance exams in online mode until April 17 without any late fee. Earlier, the late date of application without late fee for all courses was until April 6. Moreover, the exam authority has postponed the exams - LAWCET 2020 and PGLCET 2020 until further notice. The CET council has announced the exam schedule and application forms for the law entrance exams on March 6, when the Coronavirus pandemic has not affected India. However, now as the confirmed cases of COVID-19 is rising every day and, the country is in a lockdown situation, the CET cell has decided to reschedule the exam.
Candidates must note that an official notification regarding the exam schedule is yet to published on the official website of APSCHE. Currently, only the application dates without any late fee are available on the website. Check the image below for the same:
Candidates can apply for the LAWCET 2020 and PGLCET 2020 before the last date as available without a late application fee. They need to pay the application fee for AP LAWCET and PGLCET 2020 as under:
AP LAWCET 2020 application fee: Five-years LLB/ Three-years LLB - Rs 750
AP PGLCET 2020 application fee - Rs 850
Candidates can apply for the law entrance exams in online mode only including registration, form fillup, fee payment and form submission.
