Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak invites applications for its recently launched programme Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management. The specialised programme in Sports Management is introduced for experienced professionals, sports graduates, and sports enthusiasts. The programme is for industrious participants interested in working in the sports, entertainment and related industries. Interested and eligible candidates must note that the last date to apply for the IIM Rohtak Ex-PGDP in sports management is July 20, 2020.

Ex-PGDP in sports management: Programme Design & Duration

IIM Rohtak’s Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management consists of 6 terms spread over a period of 2 years. The programme includes a total of 560 interactive sessions (mix of offline sessions, online sessions, project work and industrial visits). Total course duration will be of 900 Hours. There will be six mandatory in-campus modules i.e. Offline Sessions at IIM Rohtak campus. However, the online sessions will be scheduled thrice a week on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Tentative)

IIM Rohtak Ex-PGDP in sports management: Eligibility Criteria

Candidate with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent overall grade point average will be eligible to apply. Work Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.

Ex-PGDP in sports management: Scholarship

Selective students who have participated at national and international levels in any sport will be given scholarships.

IIM Rohtak Ex-PGDP in sports management: Certification

On successful completion of the academic requirements of the two-year programme, the students will be awarded “Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management”. IIM Rohtak alumni status will be awarded to all the students.

Graduates of this program will be equipped to understand the legal, regulatory, operational, financial and branding concepts in the sports industry, nationally and globally. This understanding enables graduates to solve the problems arising in the industry and carve a niche for themselves in this growing sector in India.

Ex-PGDP in sports management: Programme Fees

The candidate will be charged a total of Rs 6, 50,475/-* The amount will include subsidized tuition fees, alumni fees, academic charges, examinations, textbooks, and study material. All fees are non-refundable.

The candidate will have to pay a separate amount for In- Campus Module fees, boarding, and lodging facilities. The tentative details are as mentioned below:

Ex-PGDP in sports management: How to Apply

All the interested and eligible candidates can register online on the official website of the institute i.e. www.iimrohtak.ac.in. In order to complete the application, the candidates are required to fill the application form with all the necessary details and pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/-. All applicants are requested to apply online on or before July 20, 2020. Payment of the application fees should be done through Payment Gateway.
