NIILM CMS is probably not the best, but better than many other colleges in Uttar Pradesh & Delhi.
Placements: The placement this year, goes the highest in comparison to the past 6 years with a package of RS. 15 lakhs per annum. The average package is Rs. 5 to 6.5 Lakhs. Almost, 78% students got placed here, and the placement will go on till July. Companies like Amazon, Marico, Kent, UAS International visits to recruit. And, internships are done in various companies with the stipend of minimum Rs. 5000 per month to Rs. Rs. 10000 per month for 2 months (May & June) in the fields like HR, sales, marketing, finance, operations, etc.
Infrastructure: This college has all the facilities like Wi-Fi, projector classrooms, medical facilities, sports and games, AC and non AC hostels with 2 beds each, lab with numerous computers nearly about 55 in number, etc. Also, the facilities like the cabs and buses are also available. There's a paid cafe too. Another cool thing about the infrastructure is the introduction of MOOCs that helps students to acquire the outside knowledge other than the management.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are PhD holders, and 2 or 3 of them are pursuing PhD. All of them are quite friendly and frank. All of them help us in not only the field of education, but in acquiring other skills, and in games also. The course curriculum can cope up with the current industries. Also, there's MOOCs here. And, industry visit is done quite often.
Other: Events like new year fest, freshers, farewell, Christmas party, inter-college sports are held in the college.

All together the college was good and productive for me and for my career.
Placements: The placements of my batch and my senior batch were good. Around 95% of the students were being placed. The highest salary offered was 12 lacs per annum. And the lowest offered was 3 lacs per annum. The average package offered was 5.5 lac per annum. The companies visited the campus were Delliote, ITC, Colgate, Nestle, Cadbury, Bajaj, and many more. The roles offered was basically in marketing, operations, sales, research, and finance. Around 90% of the students got the internship from the college. The highest, average and the lowest stipend offered during the internship was Rs. 20,000, 7,000 and 5,000 per month respectively. There is a placement cell. It was efficient and useful as it helps the students to get placed.
Infrastructure: The campus has fully enabled Wi-Fi with well-equipped LED classrooms. The sports ground, badminton court, and basketball court are also there. The library is also good with 500+ books. The quality of the food in the canteen is average. The hostel rooms are not that good and clean. I didn't have any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: My teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was high and productive. The methods the teachers used was the mix of practical and theoretical both. The student to faculty ratio was 30:1. I got industry exposure at the time of my academic projects. The course curriculum was useful as it helped me to build my career by polishing my skills and gaining more knowledge.
Other: The campus was vibrant with good connectivity and surroundings.

Overall, a good college and I am satisfied with it.
Placements: The placement is average. Those students who are serious about their studies definitely get placed well. 100% student get placed but 80% are placed in good companies and the remaining ones get normal jobs. The highest salary offered to the students is 6 -7 lakhs and the average salary is 3.5 lakh p.a. Amazon, Deloitte, HDFC, FINSERVE, ICICI, IDBI, Kotak Mahindra Bank, FINSERVE, Zaro Education, Axis Bank and many other companies visit for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure. Well-spacious rooms and good AC facility. The canteen facility is also satisfactory. The college has table tennis, cricket facilities, etc. Satisfactory gym facility. The library facility is not so good and the classrooms are fully digital and very well-furnished. The food quality which is given in the college mess and canteen is much better than other B-Schools. The hostel rooms are of two types AC and non-AC rooms. Both are good. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues in the college.
Faculty: Some faculty members are really exceptionally well and help us when in need. The course is also designed in a way that will help us in our future. Teaching methods are really well with actual examples and practical method. The faculty to student ratio is good 1:8, which is very good. One industrial visit is necessary. This time we visited Maruti Suzuki Plant, Gurugram. The courses curriculum really helps in the business world.
Other: The college provides meditation techniques which will change the way of living life. Some yoga sessions are also held. They also give us tips on how to save ourselves in a situation like a cyclone and any catastrophe. Good lectures are also provided.

Doing justice to what they're asking for in terms of fees.
Placements: The placement is decent according to the college as the companies which visit are Deloitte, Citibank, Bajaj Finsery to name a few. The package offered is justified to the fees they charge and it's not about the money it's about how a good a job you can land up. The highest package was rupees 7 lakhs and people who go into sales end up earning more. Profiles offered by Deloitte was US Tax consultant and much more according to the specialization. Almost all of the students got into the internship programs.
Infrastructure: The only drawback I see as a student was the location of the college as the area around was not developed until the time I was there. Rest, things from the inside looks decent and acceptable. What I last heard was that the hostel rooms are now air-conditioned and there's a Wi-Fi, which is awesome.
Faculty: The faculty keeps on changing in the process to get a nice professor for the students. Also, for the person who really wants to study or do good, the faculty is not a factor. The course curriculum was very helpful. The faculty at the current time is qualified and knowledgeable.

Other: A very good college for the students who want to pursue Marketing and HR or research. This college has its own independent entrepreneurship cell with corporate tie up, giving students opportunity to pursue their own potential ideas. The curriculum is strict, however, not too many extracurricular activities are conducted to keep you busy. The college students would spark you if you are looking out from an intellect stand point.

Both have their merits. As for Lloyd Business School, the institute runs industry-focused PGDM programme, offering paid training during the second year of study, so that's an advantage.
