Karnataka NEET-UG 2020 Counselling: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the Karnataka NEET-UG 2020 Round 2 Mock Allotment Result for medical (MBBS) and dental (BDS) courses. According to an official notice released by KEA earlier, "Mock seat allotment will be conducted before second round seat allotment for admission to Medical and Dental Courses. In the first instance, Mock seat allotment results will be published." The also stated that "The candidates can prioritize their option after the Mock allotment results also. Real seat allotment will be conducted thereafter, based on the final options submitted by the candidates and on the basis of merit. After which the second round real seat allotment results will be published," Candidates must note that the provision to change the priority of options will be given only up to December 12, 2020 (Until 4:30 pm )

Step 1: Visit the official website, https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/
Step 2: On the homepage, scroll down to the notification section
Step 3: Click on the link that reads, " UG-NEET Second Round Mock Allotment Result for Medical/ Dental"
Step 4: A news webpage with input fields will open
Step 5: Check the mock allotment result by entering CET No.
Step 6: Submit details to get the results

The important instruction listed on the official website regarding Karnataka NEET-UG 2020 Round 2 Mock Allotment Result are as follows:
- Candidates are required to verify their allotted seat status on the KEA Website http://kea.kar.nic.in, if they desire they are free to change, reorder their choices of courses/colleges as per their preference.
- All the candidates must enter their final options before the last date prescribed. Candidates will not be able to change their options after the last date and time fixed to do so.
- Even though the candidate may not like to modify the options after the Mock Allotment, he/she may NOT get the same seat during the Real Allotment as other candidates may change their earlier entered options.
- The mock test is only to help the candidates familiarize and show them the course and college allotted to them and it should be in no way presumed that the same seat and college will be allotted to them in the actual allotment of seats. Because the candidates have the option of changing the priority of the options entered by them after the mock allotment.
- This Mock Seat Allotment is only an INDICATIVE seat status which the candidate may or may not get in the real allotment. It will help the candidate to revise, update or delete already the entered options.
