NEET 2020 Counselling Dates to be Announced Soon by MCC, Know Details Here

Results for NEET 2020 were announced on October 16. MCC will soon release the dates for NEET 2020 counselling.

NEET 2020 counselling is expected to begin from the last week of October. NEET counselling 2020, for the 15% AIQ seats, will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on behalf of the Directorate General of Health Sciences. After the dates for NEET 2020 counselling are announced by the MCC, various states will also release the schedules for their counselling.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) had announced NEET result 2020 on October 16. Along with the results, NTA had also released the NEET 2020 cut offs.

NEET 2020 Counselling and Cut Off

Candidates must note that only those who have qualified NEET 2020 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The qualifying status of the candidates is mentioned on their NEET 2020 result. Candidates can also check the table below to know the qualifying cut off for NEET 2020.

NEET 2020 Counselling Types

Candidates must note that there are three types if NEET counselling 2020 that will be conducted for UG medical admissions in India. Candidates who have qualified the examination can participate in any/all of the following NEET counselling:

• MCC NEET counselling: for 15% AIQ seats, central and deemed Universities
• State Quota Counselling: for 85% state quota seats
• AYUSH counselling: for admissions to BAMS, BHMS, BSMS and BUMS courses
